Matt of Matt's Import Haven recommended Keyman and that's good enough for me. I'll tell you more after I have my new key.

Needed just one spare key made and needed quickly. Saw this place and since I try to always…read moresupport small business, gave it a try. I don't know if the person who helped me is the owner, but what fantastic customer service and support. Engaging and efficient. I was out of there in 5-6 minutes...TBH I could have stayed and chatted for hours. Polite, intelligent, informal...I wish I needed more locksmith work! If you need a locksmith, stay away from big companies and use this place!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life!…read more Our car locked up in the middle of the blizzard with an alarm fault. Someone named Bob told us they could fix the issue we were having with our vehicle. I called back to confirm they could handle the repair before having the vehicle towed to Master Locksmith. Bob said with 100% confidence they could fix our issue. Great! I scheduled the vehicle to be towed there as soon as a tow truck was available two days later. I called to confirm when it was on its way. Someone named Greg answered and said, "Bob is just wrong." I explained that we had confirmed with Bob not once but twice. He said Bob is a "volunteer." I asked why a volunteer is answering his after hours service line and making promises to customers and he said "it's a long story." We went back and forth with Greg talking over me and not letting me get a word in edgewise. Greg refused to take any responsibility or be accountable to what Bob told us. He kept arguing with me over the word "immobilizer" when I stated explicitly that I'm unclear on the industry terminology or vocabulary, I cannot diagnose the issue, I'm just explaining the symptoms. He kept insisting that his business isn't beholden to what Bob tells customers because "he's a volunteer." I explained that I don't care what their compensation arrangement is, that I care that he provides customer service and finds a solution to the fact that we just paid to have our vehicle towed to him because his representative, acting on behalf of his business, assured us they could handle it. He continued to talk over me, but when I raised my voice to be heard, he insisted I was yelling. I was not yelling. I was talking over him as he was doing to me. So I got louder. But, trust me, that wasn't yelling. He then had the audacity to ask: "Are you a Millennial?" Which... seriously? How much more unprofessional can this guy get? I replied, "No! I'm Gen X--are YOU and BOOMER!?" At that point Greg hung up on me. While my vehicle was being towed to his shop. Refusing to take responsibility for what someone acting on behalf of your business tells your customers, sticking your customers with a tow charge, refusing to communicate in a helpful manner, and then to top it all off trying to blame your customer's age for your terrible communication skills and poor customer service is just plain bad business. There aren't a lot of choices in the area but I highly recommend finding any other locksmith because Greg and Bob are not reliable.
