I locked my only car & house key set in my car trunk after a long 8 hours of walking at work, and spent over an hour of trying every way I could think of to access the trunk. I finally called All Island Lock & Key, and Cruz arrived promptly. He was kind and professional, and was able to get my car trunk unlocked in a short time after working patiently with great skill. It was a very happy sound when my trunk popped open! When I told him that he is my hero, I truly meant it. It was a great feeling to get out of the cold night wind and darkness, and into my warm car to return to the comfort of my home. The price was reasonable to me, and I highly recommend this company. read more

My new neighbor locked herself out of her home on Friday evening. I called All Island, expecting voice mail. But a gentleman answered, offered to assist right away, and was very assuring. It turns out my neighbor made her way into her house - but I really appreciate this business owner being so wonderful (and this is 7p on a Friday - all others I called had been closed for hours). Excellent customer service...thank you! read more

Excellent customer service, responsiveness and professionalism. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, and the rates were very reasonable. As a California dude conducting work remotely, I am accustomed to hearing the cashiers high-five when my credit card rings thru. This vendor didn't kept it biz-as-usual. Moreover they were prompt, fast and efficient. Appreciated. read more

Paul was great. We changed our locks as part of a new house purchase and he was very welcoming to the island, professional and gave us some "islander" information. Reasonable prices and we would not hesitate to use this group again. read more

Im visiting from California and only have 1 key for my car. The estimate in California to duplicate the key was 250 dollars!!! I passed this on to my sister and she found this wonderful place that gave a range of 20 to 50 dollars. Upon arrival I was treated kindly and O'Dell was efficient and outgoing! Thank you!!! My two new keys fit perfectly... Lindsay keating read more

I used Roadside assistance for a vehicle lock out. All Island Lock and Key was the second service provider to arrive as I was not going to let the guy from All Whidbey Towing anywhere near my vehicle (see their review for details) All Island was very professional, in and out in record time. He even apologized for the behavior of the other guy. I will definitely be a repeat customer THANK YOU read more

Couldn't have been better service! He showed up on time, well prepared and wore a mask and booties over his shoes. Very quick and efficient install of new handle and key for my outside storage unit. Even got some great local tips as I recently moved to Oak Harbor. I will definitely call again if I need anything. read more

First, let's be clear. When you are calling a locksmith, things are not going well for you. I am extremely happy with the service I have received from All Island Lock & Key. They are very patient with me and professional. They had the blanks I needed. They know their locks! And they don't try and gouge you like some of the other lock companies out there. read more

Called ahead to see if they program Subaru keys. Was told they did as long as it was just the key and not the key/fob combo. Walked in five minutes prior to closing about a week later. I knew they closed in five minutes and was just hoping to work out a good time to get it done. I was told they don't program Subaru keys. I mentioned my previous conversation and all of a sudden he must've remembered that they do program just the keys. So with an attitude like I was ruining his day he turns around to get the schedule binder. I guess it is too much to ask to schedule an appointment in the last 5 minutes during business hours. We schedule a time for the next day and he tells me it'll be $90 for the program. Mind you, I don't know how much key programming costs, this is the first place I have gone. (Spoiler Alert: It's the only local place in Oak Harbor) I said "Wow 90 dollars?" He responded with "Yup, and we are going to be on the lower end there as well." I'm not sure where he is comparing it to, because a five minute call to Burlington (a couple towns over) revealed that they do the same service for $35. So I was lied to twice while I was there by a guy who has the audacity to wear the Anchor of a Navy Chief on his ball cap the entire time he is feeding me this BS. If you need emergency service you probably have no choice. In a non-emergency situation, go anywhere else. read more

I broke the key to my door, inside the lock, at 10pm at night. My insurance company gave me All Island Lock & Key. Within 20 minutes, one of their technicians arrived at my door. Withing just a few minutes of his arrival, I was shaking his hand and parting ways, and more importantly - safe inside my warm house. They gave quality work and were extremely professional. If you're in a jam, call All Island Lock & Key. I hope to never need their services again, but I was very thankful that they are around! read more

Outstanding, professional and prompt service! I had an immediate need to install some key punch lock sets on board a new construction ship berthed at the pier in Langley and had the pleasure of meeting with Steve and Paul, who handled my request quickly and seamlessly. Paul looked at the job on one day and Steve performed the installation the following day and I couldn't be happier. These guys are fantastic - and should be your first call for quality service.
