A few years ago, I leased a car from Keyes Lexus, with the help from salesperson Ruman Syed, general sales manager Alexander Ayyoub, and financial manager Jimmy Amour. I was so satisfied with their services that when it came time to return my lease, I knew they would be the best to work with again. I wrote a review for them over 2 years ago saying that they will have my continued loyalty and I wasn't lying! I returned 2-3 weeks ago. The team remembered my family and I right away and made us feel so welcome with their big smiles. We worked closely with Ruman Syed and Alexander Ayyoub again. Ruman showed us all the cars, patiently sat with us multiple times and thoroughly discussed what would be in my best interest with the next vehicle I wanted. Ruman does a great job at keeping us smiling always! He has such a positive attitude and was so helpful, just like last time! Alexander ensured I was satisfied with the deal and that everything was going smoothly along the way. It appears that everyone is so happy at work, and I can see why - Alexander is a humble and kind leader. I ended up leaving with a new purchase of a Lexus NX450 hybrid, and I couldn't be happier! When it came to financing, we were happy to be able to say hello to Jimmy Amour, but since he was with another client, we met with another financial manager. We had the pleasure of working with financial manager Nick Arustamyan. He was so wonderful as well, and made the paperwork process enjoyable and financially educational. I learned several things from him, in regards to financing and credit, which I was very grateful for. Nick is very thorough and efficient. I have been to multiple dealerships, but with all honesty, nobody is more professional, caring, patient, and humble, as this team at Keyes Lexus. I will continue to refer them to friends and family, always! Updated 02/25/22 - It has been over a week since we reached out to Ramin and Keyes and still no update or response. We have filed our complaint with the DMV, I would give Keyes a negative star if it was possible. Avoid this place, they will scam you. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Keyes sold us a car, messed up the paperwork with the DMV and now I have a ticket from another driver on my account. We were understanding the first time and gave them the benefit of the doubt to correct it. 1 year later same issue and we have been calling repeatedly with no help. It wasn't until we filed a complaint with the DMV did they return our call. Take your business elsewhere, this is the most unprofessional and unorganized Lexus dealer that we have ever been to. I went to look at an L/Certified Lexus UX 250h on August 31. The vehicle had small dents the size of a dime on each side of the vehicle as well as numerous scratches. Worse, and unacceptable, was the interior had an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke--purely saturated with it. The car was not washed nor detailed, the carpets were dirty. This car should not be an L/certified vehicle. It should have failed the inspection. This speaks volumes to the dealership's scrutiny, and attention to detail, which is the founding principle of the Lexus brand. I refused to test drive it and decided to look at different, brand new Lexus models. Specifically, an RC 350 F sport. They quoted me pricing of $1179 per month. This seemed outrageous to me, and was, because two days later, I purchased a new, fully-loaded, 2023 RC 350 F Sport at Lexus of Glendale for a few hundred less with the same money down. Additionally, I went to this dealer for service with my previous Lexus over the years. Professional, but unkind and unfriendly. The last time I used them I left with grease on my passenger seat. They also missed a very serious brake problem that had been brewing over time. Again, this speaks to their level of scrutiny or lack thereof. In 2007, I went there looking for an RX 350 (which I purchased at Jim Falk in Beverly Hills). I recall they wouldn't let me test drive anything until they ran a credit report, took my car keys for an appraisal and wouldn't willingly return them until they could get me to make a purchase; I spent almost an hour talking to different sales people and a manager about buying a car they wouldn't even let me test drive first. Having said all that, my first experience with them 16 years prior was a fiasco, and I should've known better than to try them again. I obviously cannot recommend. read more

Well here we are December 27th 5:58PM still no car, no follow up call as promised from 2 people there. NOT A DANG Update! My boyfriend bought his 2019 Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury back in October of 2018 from Sam and Mayra. Sam came recommended from a friend after my local dealership treated us badly. I was so in love with his car I decided to buy my 2019 RX 350 Luxury in March of 2019 once again from Mayra and Sam. We have always taken our cars their for service with Danecia she's the best and only service advisor we will work with anymore. I've had some issues with other people in the service department but because we love Danecia so much we always go back! My RX had been having some issues that they did resolve but after going through the headaches of getting it fixed I realized a little more space would be nice. I reached out online about viewing an LX and GX and Khalid a internet manager called me within a couple hrs to set up an appointment. I was hoping to work with Mayra and Sam again but they weren't available and Khalid promised he'd take care of me just like they did. He DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Khalid introduced us to Jamie who also helped us, all questions we had about the car got asked. They made it easy to talk to them about our concerns, they met us half way and never made it a "take it or leave it" deal. I negotiated a deal via email for an incoming car. We agreed on a price, but they demanded that I go in the same day to sign the contract even though I was feeling a bit under the weather. They said if I didn't go in that day to sign the contract, they wouldn't keep the price. So I went in that night to sign the contract and pay, but they pulled the rug under me and said they couldn't sell me the car at that price. Then they tried to sell me another car. Needless to say I was disappointed that the hours I spent looking for the exact car I wanted, negotiating with them and driving all the way to the dealership were all for nothing. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. Every salesperson who has interacted with my partner and I has been very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Our first visit here we were "helped" by Armine. When coming in to try to get an estimate for our car, she told us she couldn't help us unless we were buying a car that day even though the Keyes Lexus website clearly advertises they will buy your car even if you don't buy from them. Today we came back to test drive some vehicles and were "helped" by Kevin. We test drove one car and when we asked to drive another car he told us he couldn't help us because he was leaving and then proceeded to go back inside the dealership and not even bother to ask another salesman to come out and help us. After about 10 minutes of looking around, one last salesman, Timothy, came up and asked us if we had been helped. We told him what happened with Kevin, and he tells us to follow him inside. My experience so far with Keyes Lexus (Lithia Lexus) .... Its going to be in detail......... So keep some time to understand their shady practices. I am planning to open a case against them with Automotive Bureau & DMV & also planning to contact an attorney for Fraud Investigation. I will also reach out to Lithia corporate and will make a formal complaint to them, before taking any action. My experience started when I took my Benz AMG GT to sell to the dealer and was also kind of attracted towards the new LC 500 Convertible, so wanted to check that out. I met with Ehsaan salesman. Seemed like a nice guy. He is a newbie and it was the very first impression that I got from him that he doesn't know much about the cars that he is selling, but because he is trying to make his living, I ended up talking to him and didn't request for another salesman. He called his so-called Manager "Ash" which another buyer also has pointed out. This person is definitely a scam Artist. Please be aware of him at any cost. So further to add to my story.... Ash, got me a price for my car as $65,000 and I told him that I already have an offer for $75 from CarMax. He also knew that I am interested in LC500 Convertible which he was asking for $10,000 more over the sticker price, as per him. Long story short, I ended up making a verbal deal with him that I will be interested in the purchase and I told him that my Credit Score is 800 plus, so asked him to get me the best rate possible for finance as Credit score will not be an issue. He came back and said 2.99% after few minutes. I left home and did some more research on the car on their own website and realized that there was special of 0.99% financing available for LC500 Model on approved credit. After going back to him, I asked / countered the same to him and he immediately agreed to lower my %age to 0.99% and gave me the monthly payment on based of that. But I didn't like the fact that he was sneaky earlier and didn't tell me the special rate advertised or being offered by the manufacturer. He obviously knew, but he kept it a secret to make more money and that is deceiving in my eyes. During the time, when we were waiting for the paperwork, Alex the Sales Manager promised me that there will be a gift for me & my friend (who went along with me, will be available later and I can come and pick it up) as it was late and they didn't have the store person to provide the same to us, which seemed really nice from his part. Anyways, when I went to finance and signed the docs and I agreed to many other optional coverages, but refused for their so-called "Surface Protection" and "Theft Code" which is obviously an optional coverage, but they refused to take it out. I ended up buying the car anyways, as I was in love with the car and I am known to be an impulsive buyer (Once I ended up buying the AMG GT - same as referenced above & another LC500 in less than 24 hours just to spite the General Manager of Keyes European; but that's another story). Anyways, now the car that I purchased, after reaching home, I realized that the trunk doesn't open. Yes, I should have checked it there, like I said I am in impulsive buyer (never check cars or even take a test drive before I buy them). That is completely my fault. I called my salesman and mentioned to him about the problem, he said take it to service right away. I made an appointment upon his advise. Service said the car was in valet mode. Before visiting the service advisor before the day of my appointment, I also asked Ehassan that as I will be visiting on a certain day, and then that I will stop by to take my gift that I was offered by Alex. He said, no problem and that he will have it on his desk drawer. During the visit, he was not there as I was advised that he was on leave. No biggie. Last month, I went again to him as I needed the addendum sticker that was on the car itself, but I forgot to collect it (which was for $9,995 for black package on my car) and during the same visit I thought of checking on my gift also. I was surprised and was in total shock, when Ehsaan acted like he has no idea what I was talking about. I was totally astounded and the fact that they will treat a customer for just a mere gift and the addendum (which I needed to provide it to my Insurance Company), they acted like I have asked for something which is unreal and cannot be produced. During the conversation & argument, I thanked Mr. Ash sarcastically, but he took it as a compliment and mentioned "No problem, that is what we r here" I actually meant that thank me for opening my eyes, and I will never do business with Keyes Lexus again. Since last month, I have been trying to get that Addendum Sticker and they are not responding and keep delaying by falsifying promises. He was the best salesman I have EVER had. i hate buying cars but he made this experience so smooth and easy. I have been looking for a Lexus NX 350 for a while. I really wanted white with red interior no one in six dealerships had them. Ruman was able to work magic and find one for me. It had everything I wanted and I was so happy. I didn't have any hassle and was able to sign all the paperwork pick up my car and drive off. Ruman always checked in to make sure everything was working fine. Very disappointed!!! My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at two pre-certified Lexus cars the dealership had on there website. We were quickly approached by a sales person, Tim. We told him the cars we wanted to see which were advertised. Tim said one was being detailed and we would not be able to drive it. He took us to see it upstairs and the front bumper was completely removed! That's more then being "detailed!" The second car we wanted to see the price on the vehicle was marked up $5000 more then what was advertised on there website. Called into a sales person that had less 30 days experience who did everything wrong is the sales playbook including, setting incorrect expectations and false promises like extending an offer for a low interest rate car loan only to find out later in the transaction that the available rates were significantly higher. Deal was eventually passed to the leader of the team who was better to work with as he had more experience but still continued the trend of false promises by sliding unfavorable terms into the agreement that we did not agree on in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. All prior dealings I have ever had with lexus in general have been great. This one takes the cake for the worst and serves to validate all the negative stereotypes of car sales man that exist. I left the transaction feeling used, somewhat abused, and taken advantage of. For all future interactions with Lexus I will absolutely use a different dealership. read more
