The overall experience was excellent! To be specific, honesty, and fast and appropriate service. I had the best car leasing experience with Danny, he spent a lot of time to give me all the information I needed. Danny made me feel comfortable. Also, I would like to mention Michale who helped me in the finance department and fast and excellent job on the paperwork. I will definitely recommend this dealership. read more

I was shopping for a IS 200T, FSport in red and found it here. I reached out the dealership via their online contact form. I provided my name and email and the online liaison to the dealership responded quickly. The next morning I received an email from Q Askari, internet pre-owned Manager. Q was very professional and confirmed that the car was still available and scheduled me for a test drive two days away. He also mentioned that He would reach out of the car should be sold before my appt, which I appreciated since I live very far from the dealership. The next day, I left work and arrived at the dealership a day ahead and had emailed Q to let him know I was on my way to see the car. When I was there Q was very friendly and took me on a test drive. The car was what I wanted we made a deal with the sales manager. Unfortunately for me, on this particular day there were only a couple of Finance Mangers available to fill out the paper work (normally they had another two). I waited about an hour once the deal was made to sign papers. I met with Mitchell Biddle, Finance Manager. He was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the paperwork as I singed. He made light relevant conversation and apologized for the wait, which helped pass the time. they had plenty refreshments to stuff yourself with. The one critique I do have, is that the detail/car wash crew did a half-ass job at washing the car. When I got back home I took it to my local car wash. The next time I'm in the market for another Lexus, I'll be sure to check out Keys Lexus again. Thanks Q and Michael! read more

I can't give less than 5 stars because of the exceptionally great service I had for my GS350, those guys are awesome, I have been mainly working with Ali Alrubaie as our service advisor and I can tell for sure he knows what he is doing and the skills of service was excellent read more

Big thank you to the amazing people at Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. Ruman Syed assisted me throughout the whole process, he was incredibly top notch and very professional! I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to make my Keyes Lexus experience as awesome as it was. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars all the way! read more

On Saturday my best friend and I drove from Irvine to Keys Lexus dealership as we had hoped to purchase a vehicle we saw advertised. The sales agent was awesome and that is why I am giving one star. Being approved by the bank at a set rate, the manager that day tried to swindle us and was unprofessional. We were offended and felt we were descriminated. Being both executives in our companies I thought this was highly unacceptable. A long driveback to Irvine in fumes!!! read more

It took a village to get me to buy my first new car in 16 years but I found my tribe at Keyes Lexus. Thank you Sam, Shaw and Hadi. You guys understood my vibe and heard me with great patience. Now if it would only stop raining so I could show it off to the world! read more

I recently leased a car from Keyes Lexus and had the pleasure of being helped by Nick from the Sales team and John S. from the Finance team. Both employees were so knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. They made the process seamless and quick - which is not always the case when visiting a dealership! Thanks guys! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a car in the area. read more

I leased a new car - a 2019 NX300 - yesterday at Keyes Lexus and wanted to say that I've rarely had a better experience buying anything, let alone a car. Chris Ward and Karina Maciel were attentive, kind, knowledgeable and - most important to me - FAST. I'm so pleased with my new vehicle and even more pleased with the experience. Ask for Chris Ward!! You won't be disappointed. Super helpful, knowledgeable and great follow up! read more

I got a new car from Keyes Lexus about a month ago and it was one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had. Shaw Namini was amazing. My current lease was expiring and I wanted to get into a new car. Shaw took care of it all, got me a great deal and even got my last few payments of my lease waived. He even went the extra mile of driving to Woodland Hills at the end of the day to pick up the car I purchased as he didn't want me to go a day without a car. He was great. A couple days after, I had a small issue with the car, I called Shaw and he got my right in to see maintenance and took care of everything. Car dealership visits are never pleasant but my experience with Shaw and everyone at Keyes truly proved that stigma to be incorrect. Amazing all around. read more

I purchased a "new" used 2019 ES 350 from Keyes Lexus. I worked with the Finance Manager Jimmy Amour and Product Specialist Justin Samaan. I have nothing but good to say about these guys and the dealership. The experience was truly streamlined and they put together a VERY nice deal for me on this L Certified vehicle. I'm super happy with my experience and in love with the car. Thank you Jimmy and Justin for the great experience at your dealership. read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM KEYES. Bought a used 6 month old Ford Explorer from Keyes Lexus with 13k miles. Car had a clean carfax and looked great. Fast forward 18 months the paint on my Explorer's passenger side is peeling like a old sticker. I take it to my local ford who says this is an obvious issue and they take the car for warranty work. Ford called back and said the vehicle's been in a body damage accident and it was repainted. They cannot fix it under warranty. I was told this should have been disclosed at the vehicles purchase. I was referred back to Keyes. To make a long story longer, I call Keyes and speak to sales manager Paul who tells me " that's why I don't buy used cars". They refused to acknowledge any mistake and will not help find a solution. I do not have a personal vendetta against this dealer and I am merely writing this so someone doesn't get screwed by this dealer like I did. read more

This has to be one of my favorite Lexus dealerships the facility itself is second to none and service and convenience in unmatched.

The service department first told me I needed a new fuel pump sensor. So $700 and 2 days later I get my car back. Not even 2 miles down the road and the car shuts off again. They tell me to call my own roadside to pick it up. Then they tell me it's the fuel pump. They tell me it's in stock and my car should be done by 6pm. Next day I call and now suddenly the fuel pump is not in stock and I have to wait 3 days for them to get it in and install. Tried leaving a message for the service manager and the GM but apparently they are too busy to call me back. read more

I advise everyone to work with Williams, he is a very kind person, he quickly organizes sales processes

Excellent customer service. Gary and David were so accommodating to what I was looking for. They made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. They understood that buying a car is such an important decision and they made sure I was happy with not only the car but the price. Definitely sending all my friends and family to them too! read more

I want to extend my special thank you to Otis, Vito and Freddy. Wow such a wonderful group of people. I went in to browse for a car and immediately was greeted by Ali outside in a very professional way. I told him that I have an appointment with Otis. I was treated like an honored customer. Otis came out quickly and we continued our conversation where we left off via phone that morning. He took some information from me and quickly and left for maybe five minutes and returned with Vito. Vito is super friendly, very knowledgeable and he is very patient, gets the job done quickly. I really appreciate them not making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I ended up purchasing the car from them and am very glad I did. I have already recommended this car dealership to my friends, family and of course my coworkers. Again thank you very much. read more

I have purchased or leased numerous vehicles over the years. Without a doubt, the leasing experience with Ider in the Internet Sales Department of Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys CA was the easiest, least stressful and most satisfying. During our series of emails, Ider was able to provide us with exactly the vehicle we wanted at a price that was very attractive and reasonable, especially compared to other dealers. He never applied any pressure to decide sooner than we wished, or to purchase more than we wanted. He was extremely responsive and never changed his quoted lease deal, despite changes in circumstances. When they sold the original car we wanted, he found an identical one from another dealer with every detail we preferred in time for our lease meeting. Before the vehicle delivery process, Ider sent us the lease documents in advance by email for our approval. So, when we arrived at Keyes, the vehicle, lease documents, and DMV materials were all ready, so we wasted no time in the dealership. The vehicle was prepped and in impeccable condition. Ider was diligent, prompt, careful, responsive and professional in explaining every aspect of the Lexus NX300. In short, we could not have asked for a more capable automobile lease or purchase experience with a focus on customer service. Every aspect was performed in an excellent manner. Everyone we dealt with in this first rate company was helpful, responsive, reasonable and customer service oriented to make this entire vehicle process with minimum stress. If you are considering a luxury vehicle purchase or lease in the LA area, it would be a mistake to not visit Keyes Lexus and Ider in particular . read more

Went in to test drive a preowned RX350 and even though the salesperson was ok (although he wasn't knowledgeable about his products) the finance and used car guy were condescending and unwilling to make a deal. So we moved on to the ES350s...same attitude. No thanks, I don't think your ES's are the only ones on the block. Got a better deal down the road at Woodland Hills Lexus where I wasn't treated like carrion for the vultures. Wouldn't go back here and I definitely wouldn't recommend this Lexus dealership to anyone I care about! read more

I never leave bad reviews. Ever. But I have leased two cars from this dealership and will never come back again. Their service is terrible. They are clearly always desperate for a deal, they take your keys and won't give them back if you want to leave. You feel cornered. It's just bad. Also, I would love to give a shout out (not a good one) to a man name DANNY. He is only interested in helping you if he knows for sure you're going to do a deal with him, once he picks up wind that you're most likely not going to he will literally tell you he will be back in 5 minutes and disappear. He did this about 4 times in person and 2 times over the phone. Get your customer service together. I will only go through brokers moving forward and I suggest you do too. read more

I had a great experience today at Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. I returned my leased lexus and got a new one. Shaw, who is the sales agent, made the whole process very easy. He gave us a great deal on the new Lexus and was able to explain everything and answer all our questions. Definitely recommend Shaw and Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. read more

I had such a great experience with Ellie and Alex that gave me a great deal so I could leave with my dream car. Thank you both!

I just have to say if you want a hassle free car buying experience go see Tim Hall at Keyes Lexus! My son and I arrived at Lexus before 9am with two cars to purchase already in mind and Tim was there and he immediately was helpful in finding the car and taking us right over. He did not try to change our minds, or up sell us in any way. He gave his honest opinion on trade in information and if there was any room on pricing. When we started to run short on time Tim accommodated us by allowing us to work with the same finance person and skip the duplication of process. Tim Hall is also a man of his word. He said if we have an issue with anything just call him and he will take care of it. Being the car I bought for my husband was a used CT200H FX Sport (and I didn't really even look inside - yes I know what I want and I just go for it as they are hard to come by) I overlooked a few things and within a week, I met with Tim and he had all of them taken care of immediately. No hassle no hesitation. The experience was so good I even told Tim if he could find a car for me to buy I would be back as I am in the market for an SUV myself. If you are in the market for a Lexus don't hesitate to visit Tim Hall at Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. Also note...when searching for cars, Keyes does not advertise on all the common sites. Learned this from my older son who is a proponent for Lexus due to their value and reliability. read more

I came here with my partner and they made the car buying process incredibly smooth and also very comforting. The manager Alex and the salesperson Ellie really did their best work into getting us a new car to start a family in. I am beyond happy with their service. read more

This is an A+ team, really. I've been doing research for months on trying to find the right Lexus to bring home. I found a price online that couldn't be beat and I e-mailed Keyes and they held my hand the entire time. Gary Berndt, The Internet Sales Manager, was so amazing and helpful from the first hand shake. Gary and Veto did magic and got me a really great price on my trade in (which I know was going to be a bit tricky) but they made it work. They're understanding and warm - not "car salesman-ish". My husband and I are very happy with our experience and recommend Keyes Lexus to anybody in the market...they even have a piano up stairs that kept my 5 year old entertained for our short wait before signing docs :) read more

These guys took care of me and went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this location over others (I've went to both Glendale and Beverly Hills for service and they treated me horribly, they were very snobish at Beverly Hills they almost didn't honor my service package I bought with my vehicle, it was like pulling teeth to get help and at Glendale location they didn't even mention the fee to me on the phone, the service center guy gave me a lame excuse that the reception isn't trained to know the fees and is only there to schedule appointments, they seemed knowledgeable about the services but not the fees! I took time off to come in for an inspection only to find out that it cost $180, I drive the economic CT200h I'm not a wealthy Lexus owner and I lost work that morning), There's a cost here but they were transparent on the phone about things, and much more knowledgeable, they treated me like a king even though I'm just a humble Surfer dude, they delt with me kindly even though I was very frustrated after dealing with Glendale (I felt bad because they were all very nice). This place has a nice coffee and snack bar, a super cozy seating area, it's very spacious, didn't have a single sales guy approach me but I could tell they were available to help me in a heartbeat, even though it was a Saturday and they were absolutely slammed I felt really good about waiting because of how they treated me. I highly recommend this location for service, it's easy to find, conveniently located a few minutes north of 101, the service parking area is huge and despite it being Saturday they have lots of people ready to help you as soon as you pull in. Thanks Ladies and Gentlemen you guys are awesome! read more

This is the worst Lexus dealership I have ever encountered. They are rude and will make you feel bad. This dealership actually made me want to never drive a Lexus again. I constantly had to do my own follow up and for last couple years they kept telling me my melting door panels were on a nationwide back order. I recently moved to a different state and had my door panels replaced in less than 2 months of living there. It is sad that I felt the need to come back on here and warn everyone to stay away from Keyes! read more

I am on my 3rd lease with Keyes Lexus Van Nuys. Every time I'm due for a new car they have made it painless and easy to turn in and drive off wIth a new vehicle. This dealership lied to me, just to get me to their lot. Their advertised certified preowned car, didn't exist.

I totaled my car Lexus and needed to replace it. I found the one I wanted on line. It was at Keyes Lexus. When I inquired about it. I got a response rather quickly from a sales person named Shaw Namini. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions. He even texted me more pictures of the vehicle. When we finally were able to get there to see the car it was so easy and simple. We got a deal and were treated with respect. He did not talk down to us or make us feel stupid for asking questions. They even gave us swag bags!! I love my CT200h! It came with a maintenance package so I will be going back to have that done. I'll be sure to stop by to say hello to Shaw. Thank you for your friendly, professional service. read more

- Keyes Lexus' Finance Dept put a "Hard Inquiry" onto our credit history--resulting in a FICO score ding!--even though we used NO CREDIT to purchase two Lexuses in one day, and paid cash (checks) for them. - They also mixed up the two owners' names and VIN numbers on the vehicles, then intermixed owners' first and last names. Apparently they use various databases, rather than Local being a subset of National, and this confuses some data entry staff. + OTOH, it was their local staff who finally set things right. + Our salesman was constantly helpful during the transaction, and we think we got very good pricing. read more

Hadi and Aryan were super helpful and transparent. My wife did everything over the phone and everything went very smoothly. Once we arrived at the dealership they didn't try to change anything from what we agreed on and we were in and out within about a hour and a half. I hope to deal with them again in 3 years once my lease is up. Great group of guys to work with and I would highly recommend. read more

Overall friendly and efficient sales service during the in person meet up. I mainly was in contact with Gary (internet sales manager) and Chris Darby (General Sales Manager). They were very up front with what they were willing to negotiate, which made the experience a lot better on my end. Although we didn't initially agree on the numbers, both gentlemen worked hard to get to the numbers I want. I didn't ended up coming to terms mainly because the I was told the deal couldn't be made when I went back for a second time only to be told that it could be the following day. It was slightly frustrating as I had already had my sights on another vehicle after the deal fell through. read more

My wife and I were in the showroom to look at a used GS350 F Sport. We were there with cash for the whole amount of the car and to buy the car the same day. We sat down with the salesman and tried to negotiate the price, immediately he went to speak to the manager. We waited in his office 45 minutes for the manager to arrive just to tell us that the internet price is the final price and refused to negotiate. We left the showroom and got in the car then both the salesman and the manager chases us down to negotiate. This place feels like a typical sleazy dealership that will say and do anything to squeeze as much money as you as possible. Stay away! read more

I typically stay away from big dealerships when I am in the market for a car, however I just stumbled upon Keyes Lexus while car shopping this time around. I was able to get the car I want right in my price point. This was only possible because Leo was my car salesman, he was extremely amazing and down to earth. I was there pretty much all day because the car I wanted wasn't in stock. However, it did not feel this way because Leo was there every step of the way making sure I was comfortable and feeling at home, and assuring me the process was moving along. I cannot genuinely express how satisfied I am with my experience there, thanks to him. Dealing with him made the process that much easier! I even dealt with a couple other people there and felt as though they were too pushy(which is typically how it is). Anytime I am in the market for a Lexus or know someone who is I will be referring them to not just Keyes Lexus, but specifically the to Leo because I am confident whoever deals with him will have the same experience as I did. His work should not go unnoticed because they truly need more people like him in the car sales business. Thank you Leo! Updating my review because this is the second car I have gotten in 2 years, again Leo was just incredible, he always gets the job does and makes sure his customers are leaving happy, I did have an issue with the manager Matt and this is the second time I had an issue with him, steer clear of him, I do not know why they have a manager like this on the team. However, the general manager Alex was amazing and truly made sure I was okay after my incident with Matt. All managers should be like Alex!!! If you are able to deal with anyone from that dealership Leo and Alex are the ones that will make you feel welcome and make sure your a happy customer. read more

I must confess that, with some of the negative reviews found here, I was quite hesitate to bring my Lexus for service at Keyes Lexus. The only reason I did bring in my car was because of its location being the closest to my house with less than 10 minutes driving for me. Nevertheless, from my visit to this Lexus dealership over the weekend, I must say I was much more impressed. I went with no appt, so they were in a position to pencil me in. Alan handled my Lexus and was fast and expert, he offered me a loaner car, but I told him I was going to remain. He told me the car would be prepared in 2-3 hrs, however he wound up obtaining it fixed in two which was great!! I also randomly decided to check in to Lexus and they offered a 15% discount on maintenance! I showed this to Alan and he nicely with no issue offered the Discount - Walah!! Not only that, to my surprise they have the greatest coffee machine among all the dealership I've visited lately, including the Mercedes-Benz dealership for my wife's C class. One of this Keyes Lexus coffee machine is a brand new Starbuck coffee machine with Mocha, French Toast and so on! I was also told that the pastry is freshly baked everyday! So in my 2 hrs of wait, I enjoyed some Lexus pastry, unlimited Mocha Starbuck, banana, yes, fresh banana, and also a complimentary iPad for my surfing!! However, I also want to point out that, what truly pleased me was the quality of consumer service that I received. Keyes Lexus really provides leading notch service---associates are usually courteous, prompt, and useful. So, I'm really surprise, and I do aware of the fact that each dealership visits could be different, so I have planned to come back again next time and see if they keep up with their good work in servicing their customers! read more
