I waited with my child and 2 dogs for 50 minutes and hadn't heard anything so I called again and they said 25 minutes, 25 minutes came and went and I called AGAIN. The operator told me they'd try to connect with the technician for an updated, finally after about 15 minutes they called and said another 25 minutes. Totally disrespectful of someone's time to keep saying 25 minutes, I was waiting outside with a baby and 2 dogs, I wish I called someone else in the first place. Do not recommend.

I requested service to unlock a deadbolt in the home which became accidentally locked from the…read moreinside. The deadbolt is an older model and had several coats of paint on it from previous owners. I was never given an estimate upon arrival of the locksmith - only the final value at the very end which was extremely high. In addition the locksmith seemed unfamiliar with this particular task and was not interested in hearing any additional information I attempted to offer. Once he was able to get the door open he also declined removing the remains of the deadbolt (which ended up getting completely drilled through) although this would have been relatively easy for him. Additionally he had a can of WD40 which was somehow punctured and sprayed everywhere inside of my house until we took the can and put it in a trash bag and ran outside of the house. Overall I would not recommend this service.
