I requested service to unlock a deadbolt in the home which became accidentally locked from the…read moreinside. The deadbolt is an older model and had several coats of paint on it from previous owners. I was never given an estimate upon arrival of the locksmith - only the final value at the very end which was extremely high. In addition the locksmith seemed unfamiliar with this particular task and was not interested in hearing any additional information I attempted to offer. Once he was able to get the door open he also declined removing the remains of the deadbolt (which ended up getting completely drilled through) although this would have been relatively easy for him. Additionally he had a can of WD40 which was somehow punctured and sprayed everywhere inside of my house until we took the can and put it in a trash bag and ran outside of the house. Overall I would not recommend this service.

Thank you George & Boris. I found Sevan locks & doors on the BBB website. They were the only company in this area to have an A+ rating with no complaints. No I explained to him that I was looking for a full service locksmith with a shop that locks could be brought In for bench work to rekey etc. and I let him know that I had property management business for him. He was rude and short and clearly had no time for new business beyond cutting keys. Why would anyone hire such a slimey locksmith???
