I replaced some deadbolts and keyed handsets at the house recently and, silly me, thought I could rekey all the locks myself. Mistake. Meanwhile, the deal I thought I was getting online for the locks suddenly was not such a deal when you add rekeying kits and time to the equation. Doug sold me a new Schlage handset and threw in the rekey (normally $20) making the net lock cost less than the online purchase. And all done in an hour, including cutting 5 new keys. Prestige provides old school customer service the way I've become used to getting it. Sure -- I will continue to shop in Bezoland when it makes sense. He duplicated a couple sets of keys perfectly. He did not even need to take them out of my car key ring. The sets he made up he had placed in its own key ring rather than just throw them all at me, and mix the keys up.
