The personal trainers, workouts, equipment and exercises have been challenging to me at my level. Positive reinforcement always! I've lost 20 lbs and feel so much better with more energy! All the while I also wanted Kip to help me feel more confident about my body. Kip customized a workout plan for me that was safe but showed quick results. He also was very understanding of my travel schedule for work. He pushed me hard and kept me motivated (which is hard to do with me). I enjoyed the way Kip would keep some pattern to my workouts so I could see my results, but I also liked how he kept things changing from time to time to keep it fresh. He has a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom to help you achieve a body you never thought you could achieve and you likely won't on your own. I'm happy to report that I completed 3 triathlons that year and achieved a greater sense of personal confidence in my body where I cared more about feeling strong and fit then the number on my scale. I also happened to get engaged that year (my husband proposed right after I came home from a workout with Kip! :)) Needless to say, I wanted Kip to help me look and feel as good as I could for my beach wedding and he succeeded! I achieved 18% body fat, lean muscle tone and confidence. The only reason I stopped training with Kip is because I moved to California. If I was still in the area, I'd be using his services right now to help me recover from pregnancy!! I try to convince him to move to Cali often :) If you are ready to make a difference in your internal confidence, appearance or physical fitness, I highly recommend In-Fit.

Please consider R2P for your rehab needs and ongoing support fitness…read more From the first call and quick assignment of a therapist and appointment I knew I was in the correct place. Matt (Mannick, DPT), my therapist consistently combined clinical skill with a calm encouraging manner. My concerns of being a 77y female who was minimally to moderately active were concerns of being treated as 'old' were immediately removed. The programs Matt designed were respectfully age-related still challenging strength, balance and endurance so I could safely continue doing the exercises at home. My presenting symptom ( sciatic pain) was treated swiftly allowing me to continue my activities without pain. And additionally he got my frequent sense of humor comments. My experience is with the Frederick location. However, want to say the population in Hagerstown and surrounding area are fortunate to have Matt available to you at the Willamsport location.

With that original call I was immediately scheduled for at least a month, maybe two. When I arrive for my schedule appointments the front line staff checks me in quickly and notifies my therapist. Pretty soon after, my therapist comes to get me and we begin. Zach, is my therapist and I'm very grateful to have him. From the start, Zach was very personable. He makes me feel comfortable and always has a great plan of action. When I started at R2P I could barely drive my car and I definitely couldn't walk up stairs. Now, I can drive my car for hours at a time and I'm almost back to walking up stairs normally. Zach has a very good treatment plan for me. He makes me put in the work but I never over do it. At the beginning of the session I don't think I'm going to make it through but at the end I feel really good and I feel like I accomplished something. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend R2P to anyone trying to get back to regular activities or to any sport.

Shady financial practices. Had a membership for years and canceled it for Covid. Six months later,…read morethey started charging my card again, by their mistake, and it went unnoticed for a long time. They did a partial refund but stiffed me still for over $1000. Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

In the time I was there, they opened up several new rooms in the gym, including more benches, racks, and deadlifting platforms. They also seemed responsive to their member surveys and it seemed like my suggestions for improvement were actually taken into account based on the changes I observed. I typically went during the mornings and found that I rarely had to wait for equipment, which is always a plus. Better experience here than most gyms I have been to.

It's disappointing, because as a mom and toddler, we have to pay $94 a month for the family plan (it's cheaper for a single parent and child over the age of 5), and then all that is offered is a single swim class for kids over 6 months, then a single gym class for kids over 18 months. It's not until 2 that you really can start getting use out of more of the classes. We do love the pool. Open swim times are very limited, so it can be tough to get there. Then if you are with a child under 18 who needs help, you are stuck using the children's locker room. The showers take 5 minutes to get warm, and the swim team kids and their colorful conversations disgust me. I would love to have a separate locker room for young children from the one for preteens! I am happy with the fun zone. If your child is independent, they will have a great time in there. Though my child loves the pool, he cries at having to walk away from the fun zone to get there. There are days and times that are better to be in there, but overall I love letting him go in to play. The open gym is great! I hate that there is an extra fee to use it though. It really should be included in your membership. That and the pool is all that is available to toddlers. It would be like having to pay an extra $3 each time an adult wanted to go into the gym and workout AFTER paying for the membership. It's expensive, there is a lot to be desired, but there isn't anything better in Frederick.
