If you look at most large gyms with a marketing crew, they always use bold and bright colors; not dull and dingy colors. The former owner had a nice yellow/gold tone that went well with the rest of the gym--see pics that show this on website. The wood counters clash with the baby blue. Other than the ugly color, the gym is same as it was before. A good amount of nautilus equipment and cardio for a decent workout. Hopefully the audio equipment for the machines will be replaced. They used to have a distorted sound and you had to plug in your headphones just right. I have not listened to them since re-joining, but it's the same old stuff there. Overall, a good place to workout.

Having grown up in a military family, I enjoyed seeing how they incorporate that into each workout as you "fall in line" and have a battle buddy you pair up with (in this case, my Army veteran Father-In-Law)! Everyone was so supportive as we worked through each round. The leader was motivating and encouraging throughout the whole workout. Not only do they have this massive space for the workout, but they also have a gym to workout in, separate from the classes.

The roads to get there feel very strange! That being said, I went here for some aerial fabrics classes. They have several levels, so you can find the Igor one based on your skill set. There are snacks and things if you need a quick before or after class pick me up. There is a little seating area before you get to class in the studio area. The bathrooms are very nice. The parking is a free lot with a few spots in front and more off to the side and back. I haven't had problems parking, but there is only one entrance into and exit from the lot. Anyhow, the class size for aerial fabrics is 6, so it's cozy. The classes are 1 hour, but it's a good amount to get stuff done. I kinda wish it were longer but appreciate the shorter time. They have individual and class packs, so that's up to you what you'd like to do. They are not pushy about classes or anything. Everyone is just super nice and helpful. I like his studio a lot!
