They all really went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more happier that I chose them for my scuba diving training. Elara was my trainer and I'm soooo happy I had her. She made me feel safe, calm and confident. She is delightful and caring and made the whole experience fun. I'm coming back on a few days to do scuba diving and my boyfriend will snorkel. I trust them and would encourage my loved ones to go here for training or for a tour.

The initial booking with Michaela (one of the owners, along with T) was a breeze, and when I arrived on the first day, she set me up with rental gear that all fit great and worked flawlessly for all my dives. Once on the boat, the vibe from everyone was a perfect mix of laid-back, fun, professional, and safe, with clear communication about what was happening every step of the way. In the water, all of the guides did a great job making sure everyone was comfortable and able to fully enjoy the beauty of the different reefs and shallow wrecks we visited. As a brand new diver, I especially appreciated this, as it helped boost my confidence in the water and make me fall even more in love with diving. I also really like that they include underwater photography on each dive, as it let me stay in the moment and just focus on diving, while also having plenty of wonderful photos to look back on afterward. After each dive there was always plenty of fruit and Oreos (both original and the far superior Double Stuf, which all rational people prefer) to refuel. And back at the shop, T and the guides were very generous with their time and knowledge, talking with me about gear that I want to pick up in the near future. They even let me try out a back-inflate style BCD on my last dives, which I really enjoyed using. I can't recommend Sail Fish Scuba enough. Whenever I'm in Key Largo again, I look forward to diving with them again and picking up some quality gear from them as well. Trust me, if you want to dive in Key Largo, this is the dive shop you're looking for.

The buildings are very cute. Kind of an old school Keys feel. Our room had a view of the bay with a few trees blocking the horizon. (See pictures) The bed was very comfortable. It was very cold on the weekend that we were there, so we used the extra blanket in the closet. There's a dock to hangout on but it was too windy and cold to hangout for too long. There's a tiny "beach" (see picture). There are a lot of nice places to relax outside. There was parking directly in front of our room. The prices were reasonable. I would return again and stay longer.

I liked that they had no carpet in the rooms. The internet works most of the time and the AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. There is no housekeeping service except between guests. There is no food or restaurant on the premises but you can walk to a bar and restaurant. If you have a car or Uber there are plenty of restaurants close by. The diving. I dove with them for 5 days. have been certified for 38 years. The staff is Highly trained and knowledgeable. I noticed that Erica and January did the bulk of the work when they were on board, the guys tried to look busy. January and Erica were both very helpful, courteous and made us feel welcome. Other standouts were Nick Christina, and Tom, again they made us feel welcomed. The boat. Pontoon style, good speed, plenty of room, many ways to exit and ladders. The dives, most were on Molasses reef with a few others including Christ of the Abyss and the Benwood wreck. The visibility varied by day. The best thing about their dives is that they are fairly shallow 20 to 35 ft So it is very safe , ideal for beginners and great if you have not dove in a while.

But despite the scale of the business, which I'm normally iffy about big operations like this, we had a great time. Our five master was so fun and energetic and down to earth. She found us some great sea life: nurse shark, sea turtles, lion fish, eel, barracuda, parrot fish, puffer fish and more. Our first dive was the Brentwood. It's the first wreck dive I've ever done and I loved it! There was so much sea life and the bullet holes in the wrech were so neat to sneak a peek into. The second dive was French reef and again so wonderful. We got to go into little caves and arches in the coral. It had been a while since I had to set up my own tank and BCD so I had to ask some questions to remember. They will help you out, but there is some labor on your end unless you ask. Overall a fantastic 2 tank dive in January in 75 degree water. I would definitely dive with rainbow reef again. Especially with how competitive the prices are!
