I cannot recommend Amoray Dive Resort highly enough! My husband and I stayed for a week for our wedding anniversary and everything was so great. The office and dive staff were helpful and communicative before the trip, answering all my questions each time I called. They were warm and welcoming upon arrival, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The crew on the Amoray Diver were also exceptional. Kevin, Aaron, Kalen, Nick, January, Christina, Tom, and all the rest of the crew were attentive, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable! It was truly a joy to cruise and dive with them. The accommodations themselves are somewhat barebones, but as we were spending most of the time in the water, we didn't need much! (The AC worked which was the most importantly thing for us!) The pool is small but lovely. The lounges and tables at the end of the dock are perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. The free laundry (with pods and dryer sheets provided) means it's easy to pack light. It's good to note there is no restaurant on the property, though there is a food truck that is open sometimes. We picked up groceries and ate breakfasts in the room which was easy enough. Having the resort be geared towards divers was so lovely! With the gear wash and gear locker right there, as well as the boat right there, there was no need for lugging everything around which was great after a full day. I know we just so happened to get *perfect* weather and conditions but everything really did seem extraordinary. The dive sites weren't too crowded, the water was warm and clear, and we saw tons of wildlife including dolphins (off the boat), sea turtles, sharks, crabs, lobsters, eels, rays, jellies, and of course tons of fish and coral! It will be hard to beat such an incredible trip, but I'm sure Jordan and I will be back to try! THANKS, AMORAY!!

We had an INCREDIBLE experience with Amoray dive! We went out for a dive and was able to have such a fun and wonderful experience. The whole crew was so helpful and nice! Everyone was so thoughtful from Aaron, Bre, Gabe, Tom and everyone else on board. The resort was small, quant, and beautiful. Is such a hidden gem in key largo and cannot recommend this place enough especially for everyone in south Florida wanting a great experience that's not too far of a travel.

Diving excellence! Captain Kevin's knowledge of the environment is an enabler. Captain Kalen preps you for an aquatic paradise.

Great facility and staff! If you're looking for a dive resort, look no further! They have tours for divers and snorkeling enthusiasts and their dive staff is great! We had Captain Kevin and First mate Gabe on our dive boat and they did a phenomenal job. Art was kind to prep us on our first dive boat experience and Max was alright... I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dive resort that does it all. I can't wait to go back for another trip!

This was a really nice, cozy little boutique villa. They had easy access to the water along with kayaks and paddle boards available. I would return for another visit.

With a "Key West" White House's Style, the Amoray Resort is a hidden gem of the Florida Keys. Beautiful clean rooms and friendly, helpful professional staff with great knowledge of all the great dive sites. It has a great view of the sunset as well as convenient storage for all your overnight scuba gear. Conveniently located close to all the go-to dining establishments in Key Largo. A must go to place when I go on my diving expeditions to the Keys!

I had a blast. Great tour. The crew was amazing and the views were even better. I will definitely do it again. Big Thank you, to the crew. Jeanette

Captain Kevin and first mate Kaylee were absolutely amazing! We went out snorkeling with a predominantly diving crew today and we had a blast! Captain Kevin and kaylee were so educated and fun! We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip! Would highly recommend Amoray to anyone!

We've stayed here twice and it's such a cute resort with nice rooms! They have free paddle boards and kayaks that can be reserved to take out on the water, and a small but nice pool. They also have a dock and some chairs if you wanna sit and relax by the water.

Had an amazing dive at city of Washington and undersea highway. Our instructor Kaylen was very patient and made sure my husband and I were very safe. Kent was the instructor for the rest of my family and he made it a great experience for them. The whole team is fun, funny, and makes novice scuba divers (like me) feel comfortable. Aaron was also an amazing first mate and made instructions informative and funny. Same for the captain. He was a great boat driver. Would definitely dive with them again! Had an amazing experience.

Beautiful property in Key Largo! Rooms are bright and clean. The dock and lanai area are great lounging areas to enjoy the view. Great for star gazing! Free use of kayak and SUP! Best pool ever!!

The staff, behind the counter, was extermely unhelpful and we both got the feeling they just wanted us to leave the shop so they don't have to deal with another tourist. We are both experienced divers, just asking to book a dive, but ultimately we decided we would rather give our money to another dive shop in the area that made us feel welcome. I strongly suggest looking for a different dive shop.

We decided not to let the pandemic spoil our 4th of July celebration and spent the holiday in Key Largo. After seeing the larger dive operations with their packed boats of 30+ people all weekend and the COVID-19 outbreak reaching an all-time high in Florida, we made the smarter decision to do a private dive with Lucky Fish Scuba. Captain Glenn and Jill took my dad, my sister and me to the perfect location for our first ocean dive. We had the best time! We were so happy to have the extra attention and instruction as new divers. It was such a stress-free experience. We were able to book the dive last minute, and all of the necessary equipment was on the boat ready for us when we arrived. The boat was beautiful and clean. The equipment was very new and in top condition. Glenn gave us tips to improve our scuba skills. Jill provided snacks and unlimited reef-friendly sunscreen. We even got a video of the dive to share will the rest of our family! I highly recommend using Lucky Fish Scuba if you plan to dive in Key Largo!

I was very fortunate to finally visit the Christ of the Abyss after wanting to go for many years! We went on my fiancé's boat. We looked for the coordinates on the web and simply followed them. When you arrive you will see a good number of ball boat bouees set up with a rope which allows you to tie up. They then have a floater which says "Statue" which marks the spot. Communication was consistently poor--weeks would go by without any response. We were promised a Florida Resident Discount by two different general managers, but it was never honored. (This is a significant discount that we did not get as promised). In total, we went through four general managers, each making new promises that never materialized. Even weeks before the wedding, when we were trying to make final payment, we couldn't get a response. When I finally raised concerns with the newest manager, her response was, "I have like six brides all contacting me at once." With all due respect, that's not how you handle a time-sensitive, stressful situation for a bride and her family. To add to the confusion, their website still showed units available just days before our event--even though we had rented out the entire resort. The units themselves are not equipped as expected either--we had to go out and purchase basic items like dish towels, a dish scrubber, pot holders, and more. Their new lanai roof leaks and ruined a couple of the custom built items we thought were safely stored since it's a brand new structure. If you decide to do a wedding buyout here, I highly recommend hiring a strong wedding planner to handle the communication challenges. Also, make sure to get everything in writing--the staff turnover is significant, and verbal promises don't seem to carry over.
