I feel like if you have it in your place, you should stand behind it. An issue, it should become yours. 3. The pretzels are terrible. They are like sliced and fried with no flavor. They looked like little hot dogs. We go to a ton of breweries and this is the worst pretzel experience we have ever had. Also, the waitress told us the mustard was the beer cheese and vice versa. My kid was not to happy when she ate mustard! But also, the worst beer cheese we have encountered as well. Her excuse, she has been up since 4am. Well, my husband wasn't wrong. Steve and I had the Triple Agent which is a Triple New England IPA. This beer was enjoyable. Flavor highlights in this one are juicy, citrus and tropical. The beer has a creamy body and gives a soft feel upon your mouth when taking a sip. While this IPA was good it didn't necessarily a beer that got etched into my mind as time passed I still had no complaints with it.

The chef then pokes his head out and offers to make a pretzel for us, and we could not have been happier. It was a big one too. The staff was just so welcoming and seemingly very happy that we were there... which is not always the case in the general area... that Burnt Timber became one of our usual spots instantly. There was no clearly marked ADA-accessible entrance or any obvious way for a wheelchair user to safely access the inside of the restaurant. We considered sitting outside, but the awning poles blocked the walkway to the point that we could not comfortably or safely navigate the area with a wheelchair. Even if we had managed to sit outside, we had no accessible way to get inside if the wheelchair user in our party needed to use the restroom. What was perhaps most disappointing was that not one person offered us any guidance, alternative entrance, assistance or possible solution. We were simply left trying to figure it out ourselves. Accessibility is about more than just getting through a door. A person using a wheelchair should be able to enter, dine with their family and friends, and access a restroom with dignity. Sadly, we weren't able to do that here and had no choice but to leave. I sincerely hope Burnt Timber takes a serious look at its accessibility and staff awareness so another family doesn't have the same experience.

The bartender greeted us as we walked up the stairs, there were only a couple of tables of people eating. The bartender was friendly, and took our drink order, which was only water. The menu was adequate, kind of average for a brewery. I was probably the least hungry of the three of us and just ordered the chicken fingers. With the other two, one ordered the ceased salad and one ordered the Cubano. I was told the Cubano was good. The Caesar was said to be crispy but vey dry, lacking dressing! As for the chicken "fingers" - they were actually three cut up large chicken breasts, coated, and deep fried, not chicken tenders. After deep frying, the grease was engrained in the breading and all over the plate. It was not well drained. I ate three bites and called it! I could not eat any more. No one checked to see how the meals were until the plates were cleared. In summary, there was more wrong than was right, but there were some positives on the Cubano and fresh Romaine.
