For your information: A Whisk is a cooking utensil used to blend ingredients smooth and to incorporate air into a mixture. The process is known as whisking or whipping. When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly.
