We made planters/hanging baskets (at their cost), offered lavender lemonade, sangria, had snacks such as vegetables and dip, cheese, and meats. They really outdid themselves. They even provided door prizes and a discount for the evening. They know how to do it right.

Today I asked for products that were on every end of the store. I asked for advice on fixing my hutch which has cracked wood. I spoke to so many employees and everyone had good advice and actually did service with a smile! It's so refreshing. The store is so easy to navigate. It's clean and well organized. I don't know how the prices compare to a big box store, but I can tell you I'd rather pay a bit more to include helpful service so I don't care if PaulB is more or less costly. I appreciate the care.

Between the nasty paint guy and everyone else looking like a deer in headlights over simple questions, I'm convinced they exist only bc of how far everything else is. When I was in over the weekend, I was told I could bring in my rewards coupon to have adjusted since I left it at home. Today, when I went to do that, they told me they would have to charge my account again for the entire purchase amount. I have never in my life heard anything so ridiculous and I've been in retail a long time. Honestly, don't waste your time or brain cells going there.

No go here at The Home Depot for locating an outdoor light control. Grateful, a few different Home Depot staff members tried to help us locate the item. Some items are only available online but can be ordered for delivery to your home or pickup at Home Depot. The Home Depot store now has a dedicated area for online pickup, as well as parking just for pickups. Staff can also bring items out to your car in the designated pickup parking area. Thankful for the new, convenient shopping options for in-store or delivery. Great, now you can see local stock availability beforehand to save time and gas.
