She is knowledgeable, has years of experience with Lowe's/blinds, is patient and has a very helpful personality. She helped with the entire cycle of this purchase - from selection, to placing the order and to coordinating with the installer. When one of the blinds ordered was incorrect (due to my fault), she gracefully placed order for another blind and coordinated the installation of that. Lowe's sent me a gift card after I bought the blinds. Have visited the store couple of times since then and found the store to be well stocked, quick checkout and helpful employees.

Paid to have a guitar repaired there. Was told it was fixed and the issue was not actually…read moreaddressed at all. The issue was that one of the pickups was quiet in the middle position. I was told when I went to pick it up that they couldn't find anything wrong other than a small piece of metal that they removed must have been cutting the sound out (did not test the guitar in the store just took their word). Come to find out, when I got it home, that the issue is the switch and that both pickups don't come on until the switch is midway between the middle and bridge position...you would think that when paying for a repair this is something they would figure out easily. Complete waste of money. I also asked them to take a look at a fret-buzz and they fully forgot so that was also somewhat annoying (I paid for a setup and repair). Guitar was exactly the same when I got it back down to the same exact fret-buzz. I was so dissatisfied that I refused to even drive back there to get a refund. Ultimately, untrustworthy. I believe whoever did the "repair" was deceitful to me. Now in all fairness, this was a few years back and the same people may not be working there anymore...I just thought of it again when I had to repair the exact same issues myself.

Walmart, Lowe's or HD generally less expensive. Turnaround time for equipment service (snowblower) tune up was less than a week and $100. Not bad and not too much time considering the season is upon us. While waiting to drop off my equipment, there were several customers waiting for a register to open. Unfortunately the store was a little understaffed and they were getting annoyed to have to wait for me before they could check out. Some additional training for the younger employees would probably help so that they could be more attentive when there are people waiting. I know it's easier to hide at the back of the store than to wait on customers, but that's your job folks. When I picked up the snowblower, I was in and out in about five minutes. Not too bad.
