I try using them when I can. But they're not open much, so i end up spending my money at Home Depot.

Good repair department. Decent selections of guitar gear. Looking forward to their move back to…read moredowntown Lancaster, because getting through Lititz to the Rock Lititz campus is often a hassle.

I was told when I went to pick it up that they couldn't find anything wrong other than a small piece of metal that they removed must have been cutting the sound out (did not test the guitar in the store just took their word). Come to find out, when I got it home, that the issue is the switch and that both pickups don't come on until the switch is midway between the middle and bridge position...you would think that when paying for a repair this is something they would figure out easily. Complete waste of money. I also asked them to take a look at a fret-buzz and they fully forgot so that was also somewhat annoying (I paid for a setup and repair). Guitar was exactly the same when I got it back down to the same exact fret-buzz. I was so dissatisfied that I refused to even drive back there to get a refund. Ultimately, untrustworthy. I believe whoever did the "repair" was deceitful to me. Now in all fairness, this was a few years back and the same people may not be working there anymore...I just thought of it again when I had to repair the exact same issues myself.

We bought a bathroom vanity and cabinet from them which were beautiful. We returned to order a…read moretubshower, fixtures and shower door. Since the item was so large, we asked for it to be delivered which was an 80.00 added fee. We told the saleswoman the width and depth of the shower that we wanted (having no idea that the base of the shower could be three inches high or 9 inches high). The sample tub shower on the floor had a 3 inch base, which is what we wanted as we did not want to have to 'step up into' the shower. The saleswoman did not inform us that there were two sizes of thresholds. The shower arrived with the 9 inch threshold. Our contractor did not notice the 9 inch base until after we had brought the shower into the second floor bath through the wall of our house as it would not fit through the doorway. The wall was already sealed back up when it was noticed. However the shower door that also came with the shipment was sized to fit a shower with a 3 inch threshold. So the shower doors rose 5 inches higher than the top of the tub shower. We also ordered the door in Polished Nickel. All of the hardware was Polished nickel. My fault for not looking at the receipt after we ordered; the hardware was Polished Nickel but the door was ordered in Brushed Nickel. Our contractor made the shower door work by building blocks between the door and wall, but the shower still looks out of place. When I called and spoke with the saleswoman she initially tried to blame our contractor for not reading the schematics correctly. Then she asked if we purchased the shower doors from Swartz. (Of course we did) When I asked for a possible discount on the faucets that we still needed for the vanity, she offered a very small discount (we got them at Lowes for way less than her offer with discount) She did not even offer an apology for the rather huge mix-up. Nor did she offer me the opportunity to speak with a manager about the issue. Nor did she seem to care at all about her failure to check her own measurements when ordering the shower doors to fit the tub-shower. So I wrote this review, which is a shame because they do have lovely items.

I was contacted by the owner and she apologized for the experience and mentions that it will never…read morehappen again. I plan on giving them a second chance by visiting them for our next renovation project.
