After a long hiatus, I returned to the store on Thursday with my husband and had quite a different experience with a different employee. The cashier didn't even bother to look up when we walked In, but fortunately this wasn't a deterrent. Thank you Charles!

This is a small-town hardware store where it may take a few minutes longer or cost a little bit more than a big-box store, but personalized assistance is nice.
