We basically got there early in the evening, stood in line for several hours with our coffee waiting for them to open up and got quite a few incredible steal and deals when we went inside. I still have a few of their items hanging in my living room, a great coffee table and I donated several other items to an animal rescue that I worked with for charity auctions. Now I just have to stalk their Facebook page so that I can catch that next big sale that they have. Second: I asked for the sticker price tag that was on the crystal vase, she said she already threw it away. I just wanted to write about additional discount on the crystal vase because of the length of time in the consignment. The longer items are at the shop they get discounted before being returned to the customer if not sold Third: I purchased a crystal vase, but the owner put it in a plastic bag. Fourth: I handed the owner my card to pay, and when she gave it back to me, she laid it on the counter instead of putting my card in my hand. For maybe 1 1/2 or 2 hours you could tell that she was focused only on us and that she was an expert interior designer. She even offered to come to our house to help us resolve some questions. Our experience was fantastic from our initial visit through delivery. They sell really good quality furniture and accent pieces, so the prices reflect that. Every piece of furniture my family ever bought here lasted a long time and is still beautiful. Our assistant helped us get the best value by telling us to wait a week to order so we could get in on a friends & family sale. We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs!

Contacted the company and they wanted an itemized receipt. Who keeps a receipt for nine years on a rake! A quick Google search reveals that they do not honor their warranty. Too many other options out there - AVOID them.

Bought my husband a true temper digging shovel in August of 2025,…read more as one of his birthday gifts. In October of 2025....3 months later....he used the shovel to plant a blueberry bush. After about 10 digs, the shovel handle split into two! We couldn't believe what just happened as it flew, and almost hit me in the eye. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt because I had paid cash for it, and have NEVER had a shovel break before. The shovel clearly says it has a 15 year warranty...so I emailed True Temper with 3 pictures of the broken shovel. I wanted them to see the code number that was engraved on the shovel. A day later the email was returned as undeliverable. I researched that the owner of True Temper is now Ames. I forwarded the email with the pictures again to Ames. I received a confirmation email, but they asked for a receipt in order to help me. I send them another email stating it was a gift, as stated in my email, and that I threw away the receipt because I paid cash for it. Needless to say they closed the case # claiming a receipt was necessary. Moral of the story.....DON'T buy a True Temper digging shovel! They are not well made and the company DOESN'T stand by their warranty.
