The sales people offered us bottled water while giving us the privacy we needed to brainstorm. We ultimately ended up connecting with Jenn, who helped us imagine the best combination of pieces. For maybe 1 1/2 or 2 hours you could tell that she was focused only on us and that she was an expert interior designer. She even offered to come to our house to help us resolve some questions. We eventually bought a couch and two accent chairs. We highly recommend this business and we look forward to shopping here again.

I was fortunate to connect immediately over the phone with Interior Designer Laurie Foster, who not only answered my initial questions (delivery to my far-away town? Yes. Do they carry Bassett furniture? Yes.) but also asked me for some detail about what I was looking for. This was on a Friday afternoon, and thanks to a quick email exchange after our phone call, Laurie had prepared to meet me by the time I had arrived at the store the next morning. She has made print-outs of the rug in my living room that I wanted to be in conversation with our new sofa and chairs. She helped by showing me potential fabrics, leathers, sizes, and placement of furniture, and much more. Laurie is a terrific listener, with an artist's eye and mind. She is absolutely a gift to everyone who shops at David's Interiors, and I recommend both her and the store itself to anyone searching for high-quality sofas and chairs. My rating is based on the process involved for returns/refunds…read more As most others stated, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy salesperson, and allowed to browse at our leisure without any pressure. We were shopping for a new mattress (king= 2 twin xl, and adjustable bases), and nothing against bob's, but the whole mattress shopping process sucks. How can you lay on something for 5-10 minutes and determine if it will be comfortable for 6-8 hours of sleep at night? We settled on the "plush" version of their sky memory foam, (temperpedic cloud knock off). No issues with the delivery or set up, however the delivery fee is 10% of your purchase price, no matter what you buy. They say you can pick up, but it has to be from one of their distribution centers, not the stores, since the stores don't keep any stock. After the mandatory minimum 30 days, the mattress had not gotten any softer. The other memory foams we tried out, got softer about 5-10 minutes after laying on them with body heat, but not these. Both my wife and I noticed no improvement with achy backs, or tossing and turning at night. We followed the "break in" advice from the salesperson (let the kids jump o them, crawl around on them on knees and elbows, etc) but still no improvement. In order to return them, we had to call customer service first, where they really wanted us to just exchange them for a different mattress. Unfortunately there were not any others that we were interested in, so they started the refund process. After the customer service rep got everything done on her end, she gave me my return authorization number, then told me I needed to contact the store, to process the actual refund, and schedule the pick up of the mattresses. We are keeping our power bases, no issues with them, but went to one of the "big name mattress stores" and found what we hope are going to be better mattresses.

I did get the refund but had to pay hundreds more elsewhere because I had waited for Labor Day sales. When the refund came I had to spend another half hour in a chat with them because knowing all this they still tried to keep the delivery fee. I had paid for 2 deliveries, they gave me about 20% back. Very shady, very poor customer service. A waste of your time. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

The man that came was nice and informed me of the problem and that they would fix it; however, I did not hear back from the store. After another month, I called again and the new owner shouted at me and said that this was the first he had heard about it and that the best that he could do would be to send someone with the missing "foot," but he did not want to discuss what was to be done about the warped frame. When I continued to push the issue and question how he would make the situation "right," he shouted more and swore at me, ultimately hanging up on me.
