Second: I asked for the sticker price tag that was on the crystal vase, she said she already threw it away. I just wanted to write about additional discount on the crystal vase because of the length of time in the consignment. The longer items are at the shop they get discounted before being returned to the customer if not sold Third: I purchased a crystal vase, but the owner put it in a plastic bag. Fourth: I handed the owner my card to pay, and when she gave it back to me, she laid it on the counter instead of putting my card in my hand. There is excellent eco-friendly sustainable value in consignment shopping but today not an outstanding customer service day at Pass It On Consignment Store.

The sales people offered us bottled water while giving us the privacy we needed to brainstorm. We ultimately ended up connecting with Jenn, who helped us imagine the best combination of pieces. For maybe 1 1/2 or 2 hours you could tell that she was focused only on us and that she was an expert interior designer. She even offered to come to our house to help us resolve some questions. It was a warm, sunny September Saturday--ideal fall fest weather. The Adventure: While mums and pumpkins were great for the vibe, my main goal was something a little...unexpected. The ad mentioned camel rides. Yes, CAMEL rides. At a mum fest. At 40 years old, I had never ridden a camel, and I wasn't about to miss my shot. I called ahead to confirm that the "kids activity" was indeed open to grown-ups, too. Fast forward to the fest--I see the sign: "Camel Rides $10 Per Person." Easiest Christmas tree selection process we've ever had…read more.. We pulled up to the farm and found a bunch of beautiful, full, fresh cut trees of all sizes. We had the lot to ourselves before two other families showed up. We found our tree after looking for about 10 minutes (we actually found a few a we liked in that small span of time!) Their sign described what to do and listed Curt's number if we needed any assistance. Curt actually came down to assist another customer with a larger tree, seems like a very cool guy! He can wrap your tree if needed and also sell tree stands. Will definitely be back next year!
