For example, I came in for a Disney spoon rest. The Disney name always carries a higher price tag, but my ceramic spoon rest is only $9.99. It's also ceramic versus plastic or rubber which would be less expensive material. So look at what you're getting for your dollars and shop away. For most things, you're getting value for your money. I read previous reviews before shopping. I did not look at the furniture so this review does not include the furniture.

I stopped in to restock my supply of paper goods, including guest towels, cocktail & dinner napkins, and disposable plates. Home Goods always has a wide selection. The Home Goods staff here is always friendly and helpful. I did check out the greatly reduced clearance section, but didn't see anything I wanted or needed. You can expect great value and an affordable selection at Home Goods.

But then around the corner I'll find something that someone else would find ugly that I love! My rating is based on the process involved for returns/refunds…read more As most others stated, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy salesperson, and allowed to browse at our leisure without any pressure. We were shopping for a new mattress (king= 2 twin xl, and adjustable bases), and nothing against bob's, but the whole mattress shopping process sucks. How can you lay on something for 5-10 minutes and determine if it will be comfortable for 6-8 hours of sleep at night? We settled on the "plush" version of their sky memory foam, (temperpedic cloud knock off). No issues with the delivery or set up, however the delivery fee is 10% of your purchase price, no matter what you buy. They say you can pick up, but it has to be from one of their distribution centers, not the stores, since the stores don't keep any stock. After the mandatory minimum 30 days, the mattress had not gotten any softer. The other memory foams we tried out, got softer about 5-10 minutes after laying on them with body heat, but not these. Both my wife and I noticed no improvement with achy backs, or tossing and turning at night. We followed the "break in" advice from the salesperson (let the kids jump o them, crawl around on them on knees and elbows, etc) but still no improvement. In order to return them, we had to call customer service first, where they really wanted us to just exchange them for a different mattress. Unfortunately there were not any others that we were interested in, so they started the refund process. After the customer service rep got everything done on her end, she gave me my return authorization number, then told me I needed to contact the store, to process the actual refund, and schedule the pick up of the mattresses. We are keeping our power bases, no issues with them, but went to one of the "big name mattress stores" and found what we hope are going to be better mattresses.

The person who messaged me was dismissive of my disability needs and tried sending "something similar" rather than give my refund. I did get the refund but had to pay hundreds more elsewhere because I had waited for Labor Day sales. When the refund came I had to spend another half hour in a chat with them because knowing all this they still tried to keep the delivery fee. I had paid for 2 deliveries, they gave me about 20% back. Very shady, very poor customer service. A waste of your time. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Food trucks up front (grab a bite first, wander later--smart!), vendor tents sprinkled throughout, live music filling the air, and kids' activities that looked like pure joy. It was a warm, sunny September Saturday--ideal fall fest weather. The Adventure: While mums and pumpkins were great for the vibe, my main goal was something a little...unexpected. The ad mentioned camel rides. Yes, CAMEL rides. At a mum fest. At 40 years old, I had never ridden a camel, and I wasn't about to miss my shot. I called ahead to confirm that the "kids activity" was indeed open to grown-ups, too. Fast forward to the fest--I see the sign: "Camel Rides $10 Per Person." Ten bucks for a once-in-a-Central-PA-lifetime adventure? SOLD. Nervous, excited, and slightly in disbelief, I climbed aboard. And it was everything I hoped it would be--totally worth the thrill (and the bragging rights). The Food: Yummy eats from food trucks and coffee from Brewboxx to keep the energy high.
