When asked why I couldn't try on a particular shirt she ranted that 'people'try on 29 shirts and leave them in the fitting room.... Opted to allow my children to finish their shopping, despite her rudeness, made our purchase( for which she asked for my id?!?). Then as we walked out , she actually followed us verbally berating me. When attempting to address her inappropriate behavior( mostly because my kids were with me) she accused me of attacking her. Hope she's not the owner cause her customer service was lacking!

The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. Clothes were too expensive for the brands they had. Why pay $8 for a short sleeved shirt when you can go buy the items from a retailer for the same price. I love to thrift shop and hands down this is the most expensive thrift store I have been to. There are too many good thrift stores on the East Shore and West Shore to waste time at Blue Mountain.
