I'd constantly think, "one day I need to stop in," but never actually did until this past Saturday. And I'm so glad I finally went! This place is such a hidden gem. Outside alone, they had a $2 rack and a $1 bin, which immediately pulled me in. Once inside, it just kept getting better. There are so many "treasures from home" to browse name brand clothing, shoes, a whole purse room, and even handmade items. I loved that they have dressing rooms available, which makes it easy to actually try things on. The staff was really friendly, and the overall layout impressed me. There's a lot to look through, but it's not overcrowded you can comfortably walk around and take your time. I could easily see myself spending a couple of hours here just browsing. The prices are more than reasonable, and I liked that many items have tags with additional discounts. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size range they had a great plus-size selection, not just limited sizing like you sometimes see in resale shops. There's parking on the side of the building, and if that's full, there's additional street parking nearby, which makes it pretty convenient. I didn't end up purchasing anything this visit, but honestly, that just means I'll be back soon (and probably leaving with a lot next time!). I didn't find what I was looking for, but it's good to see what Michael's has in stock, as I like to start thinking about my holiday decor early. Michael's offers online shopping with store pickup or shipping, as well as regular retail shopping. Michael's is becoming a one-stop shop for crafting and decorating. Dumpster Fire of an experience..... My wife and I decided to try sleep number since she likes a…read morefirm and I like a softer mattress. We both liked the idea of 1 bed that we can each set it to our own liking. We visited the Harrisburg store and talked with John who was great. I was a little disappointed that it would take 5 weeks to deliver but it is what it is. We tried the bed for 30 days and unfortunately we did not like it. We just couldn't get comfortable and woke up every morning with back pain. We contacted sleep number and scheduled the pickup which again I was very disappointed that it would take another 5 weeks to come and get it. I was even more upset with the $250 fee to come get it. Again, it is what it is and 5 weeks later they finally showed up to pick up our mattress. The 2 men backed into my driveway and took possession of my queen size mattress and placed it in their van. They then pulled out of my driveway, which is surrounded by woods, drove 30 feet around the edge of the woods and proceeded to throw 2 box springs out of their van onto my property along the road and drove off. Of course I called customer service immediately and spoke with Tiffani Delahoussaye who could not have cared less about what I was saying. She advised me it would take 12 days for them to be able to come back for the box springs, which of course I told her was completely unacceptable. (They did come back that evening to get the box springs) I then asked that she refund my pick up fee of $250. There is no reason I should have to pay $250 to have you pick up my mattress only to throw 2 box springs onto my property after they leave. She refused to refund me my money stating they charge everyone that fee. She then stated it would not be fair to the other people if they get charged the fee and I do not. (Yes I'm not kidding she actually said that) This is when I got really upset and asked her if her drivers make it a habit of throwing used box springs onto everyone's property when they leave because that would certainly be fair to everyone. To which she actually chuckled on the phone and said no of course not. In the end she still refused to refund my money and I got absolutely no where with her. I then called the Harrisburg store where I bought the mattress from and spoke with Dustin who was great to deal with. He was appalled by what I was telling him and asked me to text him the pictures you see here, which I did. He then stated he was going to email the regional manager and also include the vice president of the company in the email detailing these events. I don't know if this actually happened but I have not heard back from sleep number and still have not been refunded my money. I will never again do business with sleep number and will STRONGLY encourage anyone I hear even thinking about buying a mattress to stay as far away from this company as possible. Certainly seems like this company doesn't care about anything once they have your money.

I told her that i was sorry and asked where the yogurt was. SHe rolled her eyes again and just pointed and sighed. My rating is based on the process involved for returns/refunds…read more As most others stated, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy salesperson, and allowed to browse at our leisure without any pressure. We were shopping for a new mattress (king= 2 twin xl, and adjustable bases), and nothing against bob's, but the whole mattress shopping process sucks. How can you lay on something for 5-10 minutes and determine if it will be comfortable for 6-8 hours of sleep at night? We settled on the "plush" version of their sky memory foam, (temperpedic cloud knock off). No issues with the delivery or set up, however the delivery fee is 10% of your purchase price, no matter what you buy. They say you can pick up, but it has to be from one of their distribution centers, not the stores, since the stores don't keep any stock. After the mandatory minimum 30 days, the mattress had not gotten any softer. The other memory foams we tried out, got softer about 5-10 minutes after laying on them with body heat, but not these. Both my wife and I noticed no improvement with achy backs, or tossing and turning at night. We followed the "break in" advice from the salesperson (let the kids jump o them, crawl around on them on knees and elbows, etc) but still no improvement. In order to return them, we had to call customer service first, where they really wanted us to just exchange them for a different mattress. Unfortunately there were not any others that we were interested in, so they started the refund process. After the customer service rep got everything done on her end, she gave me my return authorization number, then told me I needed to contact the store, to process the actual refund, and schedule the pick up of the mattresses. We are keeping our power bases, no issues with them, but went to one of the "big name mattress stores" and found what we hope are going to be better mattresses.

The person who messaged me was dismissive of my disability needs and tried sending "something similar" rather than give my refund. I did get the refund but had to pay hundreds more elsewhere because I had waited for Labor Day sales. When the refund came I had to spend another half hour in a chat with them because knowing all this they still tried to keep the delivery fee. I had paid for 2 deliveries, they gave me about 20% back. Very shady, very poor customer service. A waste of your time. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
