We used Kerb Riverside Movers to move us from SoCal to NorCal near Sacramento. We called around to several places and this place had the most competitive pricing for us so we chose them. Communication throughout the process was great, all the employees were friendly and seemed to really care about their job and understand that they're moving things that were important to people and handled them with care. We didn't have a lot of things but we did have several fragile expensive items which we were worried about. They handled these items with great care and they all arrived at the location without a scratch. We couldn't be happier. I contacted Kerb Riverside Movers to help my parents move from Riverside to Scottsdale AZ. My parents were extremely hesitant, as they had a bad experience with previous moving companies (missing items, broken lamps, and scratches on furniture). After addressing my concerns and offering a very competitive price, I decided to give them a shot. My parents and I do not regret it one bit. They showed up on time and wasted NO time getting to work. After a polite introduction, they starting wrapping up our furniture in blankets and secured them with tape. My dad made multiple comments about how his TV was his baby and asked them to be extra careful with it. To put my dad at ease, they double wrapped his "baby" in blankets. My dad was pleased with this gesture. The movers were very quick, polite, and understanding of my parents' concerns. The movers must be Tetris pros with how quickly they managed to get everything into the truck. The truck delivered my parent's furniture on time and was very accommodating in helping my parents move the furniture into specific rooms. To my parents' delight, ALL of the furniture arrived in the same exact condition as they were prior to the move. This experience really changed my parents' perspective on moving companies. Amazing service. Extremely professional. And, very efficient. Bravo! I was quickly moving out of my home and in need of help at the very last second. From the moment I spoke to Kat S. I knew I was in good hands. She was very patient with me, as she extracted information and developed a comprehensive quote. As well, on the day of the move, I made adjustment (e.g. I wanted an extra man to help move.). Kerb was able to make it happen, even under pressure. When the movers arrived, they introduced themselves, and begin the work right after I showed them what was going. They dismantled 3 bedrooms' worth of furniture and helped pack me up (with no prepacking activity), in 2 1/2 hours!! I cannot thank Igor, Tom, and the 2 other gentlemen enough. A friend of mine was moving from his home in Riverside, CA up to Portland, OR due to a job relocation. He didn't think he would need to be out of his home so quickly but he needed to be out of his home and settled up north in less than two weeks. Granted he had a few friends, including myself, to help him move and drive up his belongings on this 19hr journey, we simply all couldn't take the time off. I was looking into various moving companies, Atlas Van Lines is widely known but their prices were out of budget for him (Since they were going to use a semi truck there was gonna be a lot of empty space that he'd be "paying for". Also Two Men and a Truck seemed viable until I found Kerb Riverside Movers. I decided to give them a call Early Monday morning and their friendly staff gave me a quote to present to my friend in which he agreed to use them for. Fast forward to moving day on the same week, Thursday Feb 7th, the team showed up around 10am. They arrived in a large single cab Moving truck and immediately got to work. Bed and living room Furniture was loaded into the truck first, neatly packed away and covered with plastic like a game of Tetris. They also used thick padded blankets to wrap his newly acquired smartTV to prevent it from being punctured by a moving edge of a table. The rest of the personal items were stored in boxes in which they personally organized and secured to the truck to prevent it from shifting. Everything was packed and loaded within a few hours and the house was empty at around 5pm. The movers then told us that they'd start the drive that very night and would plan on being up north early Saturday Morning at latest. As stated, the movers showed up Early Saturday Morning after battling through a small snow storm. They immediately began to unload the truck and started moving items into the new 3-story condo. Within 3 hours everything was out and placed in their potential setting for him to adjust later. Kerb Movers provided a fast and reliable service with a customer helpfulness that cant be rated. If Yelp had a higher rating than 5 stars for sure these hardworking individuals deserve that credit. Not only do they aid in cross-country moving services, they also do auto-shipping and storage! 10/10 will recommend to anyone. read more

I was in a tough situation with some roommates. I had to make a call for myself and moving from Minnesota was the best option for me. I don't have much stuff, but I have little glass items that I needed to be safe and sound. I called Kerb after lookin around for some moving companies and it went well. I asked for the free home quote and after that, it was smooth sailing. I couldn't have asked for better people to help me move. They were precise with their time and great with people. They told me about additional services they have in case I needed it. I ended up getting a storage unit with Kerb also for my little glass items when we got to California where I moved. It was perfect because I'm gonna be moving again soon from here and I know I have my things safe away in their storage. It's nice to see workers doing their job without any bad attitudes! Really happy with how everything worked out over the last few weeks. We're pretty worried that we would not get this entire thing done in time. After speaking to the representative over at this company we knew that we would be in good hands and they would not like or delay the moving process intentionally. The estimated delivery of all of our furniture was late by forty-eight hours but it was not a big deal because we had a long window to make it in. We just bought a house in December of last year and we had to move all our stuff to the new house. We had a unique situation handling some very delicate glass curio cabinets (expensive cabinets). 2 months ago we had a mover out here and they would not touch them. This group was great. Online and customer service is awesome. There is a call back option on their webpage so you don't even have to wait on the line. On day of my schedule move they arrived early and prepped everything very quickly. Pack the few things I had lying out still and wrapped everything up extra snug. I had a few opinions and they listened and actually did what I asked and took care of my items. Didn't realize they had special moving stuff like the wooden crates used to move my fragile stuff.
