Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. I hired this company last minute, and while the movers showed up and completed a walkthrough, I was not properly informed about the capacity limitations of the truck. After reviewing all of my belongings--including items in the garage--the mover later stated that everything would not fit and that a second day of moving would be required. This lack of upfront communication caused significant inconvenience and additional costs. Because everything was not moved out in one day, my apartment charged me for an extra day of rent, and I also had to pay for a second day of moving services. Had I been informed ahead of time that the truck would not accommodate everything, I would have either rescheduled, arranged for a larger truck, or made proper accommodations with my apartment. Unfortunately, this situation felt avoidable and left me feeling that the situation was not handled transparently.
