They took great care of our belongings during the move, and were happy to assist with dissembling, then reassembling and arranging our furniture at our new house. This company took advantage that I was a single woman with 2 special needs kids. They sent two guys one that worked and one that hardly did anything. He didn't even know how to pack a dolly almost crushing my totes! They took 6 hours to move my small 2 bedroom apartment 6 blocks away!!! They wanted to charge me over 700.00! The owner did take a few roller off still costing me 640.00 for a move that shouldn't of taken 6 hours! I was fully packed and ready on move out day!!! Bad service!!! Buyer beware! Wow this is an update to Mikes erroneous account of events 1 I was fully packed and everything was in boxes. There was no misc items with the exception of two plants, which they did move BUT LET ME BE CLEAR THEY DID NOT MOVE ALL MY ITEMS!!!! They left items both in the garage and in my apartment. 2 yes they did take advantage of me knowing I was unable to help and my children who are special needs were also unable to aid the move did in fact try to help because your driver said he was going to drop all my belonging on the driveway of my new home 3 the two men you sent one worked his tail off the other was slow and didn't have much knowledge of how to move, what to move, in fact he carried out one bed post and a large clock and thought that was a full load. Many times walking to the truck without a dolly full but a box in his hands. 4 I explained to you that the service was poor and you made excuses to me. Yes you did take off 89.00. The hourly rate on the truck was 79.00 per hour and you charged me 89.00. It's poor business. And I miss calculated I did pay 608.00 to be exact! 5 I had broken furniture, I told both your movers and they just shrugged their shoulder. They weren't even going to put the handles on my fridge. I had to call three family members to help unload YOUR TRUCK and move the furniture!! It sad that you try to blast me online and didn't actually call me back when I called you 6 times to share with you what was happening while it was happening and you would only speak to me after the move was complete. Mike and his partner were ok moving our furnitures and boxes to my new location. Fast and efficient without the BS. Price was very reasonable for the job. But they did damage my furnitures and picture frames with scratches and dings. They were not careful with handling my items. read more

Wow what a great experience! We had Donnie and Phil move all of our household from our garage into our house after our solid mohagony floors refinished. Donnie and Phil were so careful with our floors and all the furniture. They were efficient and quick. Left with not even a dirty foot print on out new floors. I called and spoke to Mike to book my appointment for a last minute move. Mike was very helpful and set up an appointment for me first thing Sunday morning 4/15. Our movers were Danny (P?) and Lazar. This is the worst experience of moving after they sent out two guys to move a two bedroom living room kitchen house, 1000 ft.² and it took them 7 1/2 hours to load the truck when we got to the new location three blocks away I was asked if they wanted them to reassemble what they had taken apart. they took apart the beds they took the top off the dining room table, lost the screws and they took the handles off of the refrigerator and I helped to disassemble several shelves in the garage. We arrived at the new location after dark, andwhen they brought in my adjustable bed, the wires and remote control had been ripped from the motor and was unrepairable. they brought in the refrigerator, but didn't reattach the handles. One gentleman stayed in the bed of the truck most of the day. I'm not sure what he did all day, but he barely did any lifting or moving. The other gentleman did all the lifting. He worked nonstop with an injured hand, and he did his best to undo the damage the other one did to the bed, the table, etc. finally at 10 o'clock at night after my 80 year old sister and I unloaded all of the lightweight items from the truck they brought in they heavy furniture. So they did it backwards and should've brought in the heavy stuff. First, I could go on and on but suffice it to say it was the worst move ever I would not use this company under any circumstances ever.!!!!!! We got no satisfaction from the company and had to buy a new motor for the adjustable bed and reassemble everything else ourselves. Very unprofessional. Don't use this company.!!!!!!!!! read more

I Scheduled a move for my elderly mom to an Assisted living location. This was an extremely stressful situation and I was a wreck. Renee and Jesus were my movers and they were awesome! Arrived right on time. They were super friendly and made me comfortable that everything would be carefully moved. Especially a VERY large Grandfather clock!!!! Ive used this company before (about two years) and recently moved again from Temecula to Murrieta. I wish I could remember the two movers names so I could give them a shout out. They both worked like animals. The move did take about an hour extra which cost a little more money. All in all, great service. I would highly recommend these movers. They communicated with me about changes up to the moving date on several occasions and they were very professional and caring. I was in escrow and I called several times to change my move date and they were very accommodating and understanding. On the day of the move, they arrived early with friendly smiles and eager to get started. They understood my concerns with heavy items and not wanting anything broken and were very careful when it came to moving the heavy items. Mike is very professional and works very hard. Gavin was by his side doing everything possible to make the experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. I was very impressed with this company. I have moved 5 times in the past 5 years and these movers are by far the most reasonable in price and work efficiently to get the job done in the time that is quoted over the phone. Mike's saved the day for us! After our first moving company cancelled the day of our move we called Mike's Moving at 8 am. Abby was able to assist us immediately. We actually ended up having to cancel on them later that day, Friday, and re-scheduled for Monday. Mike and Abby were so accommodating and easy to schedule with. Sunday afternoon Mike called to confirm the move and Monday morning we received a call from Christian, one of the movers, to let us know they were on their way. They actually arrived 30 minutes early! Christian and Cyress were the dynamic duo of movers!! These young men were not only polite but diligent, professional and extremely hard-working! They kept us informed as to the progress of the move, potential set backs and related costs and gave us excellent service. These two would literally run from the truck to the house. You don't need to worry about being billed for unnecessary hours or being milked for time spent wasted. Christian and Cyress were also very careful with our belongings and the walls and floors of each house. I hope I don't have to move again for a very long time but if I do, I will be calling Mike's Moving. read more

We are between houses and had a unique situation. Christian and Gabriel showed up on time and put in a ten hour day! They didn't stop moving once and at no point did I feel like I was not getting my money's worth. They helped me pack a moving container and storage units and I am convinced that I would have needed​ twice as much space if I had packed them myself.
