The store manager came out to greet us and invited us in to look at another set he had inside. We purchased our matching Whirlpool washer and dryer on the spot! Deliver and install was only $20 and was well worth it! Not only did they deliver it the same day, they hooked up the hoses for us and checked the machine to make sure everything worked properly. We are very happy with our purchase. We had looked on Craigslist before shopping here and what Malt's offered was a higher quality set for a comparable price! Add in the excellent customer service and delivery and you can see why I gave Malt's 4 stars. The only thing that could have made the experience better would be a cleaner environment.

I purchased a used refrigerator from them in March of this year. The guy I bought it from said it…read morewould work fine, there was a 30 day warranty, the only thing not covered under the warranty was the water for the ice maker. It made ice, but leaked water so all the ice became one sheet in the tray. No big deal. The real problem came at the end of June. It quit working. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold, and the freezer was just freezing everything on the bottom shelf and everything else was in the freezer was defrosting. We paid them $95 to come out and fix it. The maintenance guy they sent out said that a drain was clogged and it had frozen, so he put a heater on the bag to defrost it. It worked good for about 4 weeks and then the same thing happened again. So I called them back and said, hey it's not working again, same problem. They sent a different guy out and all I saw him do was take apart the freezer and chip the ice off and put it back together. It worked good for almost 3 weeks. Same problem. Called them up and said it wasn't working, again SAME problem. Well they wanted to charge me another $95. Total BS. I wouldn't have to keep calling them up every few weeks if they would;ve just fixed it right the first time. Between original purchase, repair calls, and lost food it ended up costing me around 1000 for a used fridge that didn't work. The 3rd time, the woman that answered the phone was just a b****. I told her I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and repair the fridge because they haven't repaired it right the first time that I payed for it, they're just doing quick fixes to hurry up and get out. My husband talked to one of the guys that works there, and he said they would send someone out, and would call us back. Well it's been over a week and they have not called back, which is fine because we just had a $1400 Kenmore from Sears delivered today. I would not recommend purchasing from here or asking to have repairs from them. We kept hearing that this was the place to go because of how great they are, but this was not a great experience. Apparently "They have really gone downhill" from what my husband's coworkers recently told him.

I wasn't expecting much coming here but I figured I'll give it a shot..... I WAS looking for…read moreendless summer hydrangeas for awhile now and didn't think I would ever find them here in Lawton. But I found them here at this store! I was and still so excited about buying them. The staff was pleasantly knowledgeable and helpful. They made my day the minute one of the staff asked me if they can help me find something and I asked about my hydrangeas and they said yes we have them! This nursery is not very big but it has a great staff I was greeted the minute I walked in and within 10 steps was offered help. Also the same staff member let me walk around and browse on my own and came and checked on me after a little bit and explained a lot of the different plants and flowers they offered. The staff was great and never pushy which is great. The nursery also seems very well kept when I brought back my plants to the house to plant them the soil was damp and not dried out at all. Which means they take care of them. Overall I'm happy and will be going back soon for my gardening needs! The prices seemed very on par with Lowes and Home Depot. Then only thing I noticed that was way over priced was the pots. They had one for around $80 and Lowes actually had the exact same one for $50.
