I would give a zero. Warning, warning. If you are ever in Lawton Oklahoma, and you have to go to Walgreens on Sheridan for something. Don't go there needing to use the bathroom. They will not unlock the bathroom door. They would rather you piss yourself in their store than in their toilet. I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I usually go through the drive thru window. However I had to go to the bathroom and decide to go inside. I finally found where the bathrooms were and read that bathrooms ARE available upon request. I went up front to ask the cashier. She got on the intercom and called code 33 (I guess it means open the bathroom). I went back to wait for them to show up. After waiting a few minutes I really had to go. I walked back to the front and asked again stating I really needed to go. The cashier stated that she will be there in a minute. I went to the back again to wait. After waiting a few more minutes nobody ever showed up and I ended up urinating on my pants. I contacted the local manager and told her about it. The response I got was everyone was busy and couldn't just drop what they were doing to open the bathroom to an older disabled veteran with urinary issues. Not that she cared or anything. When I told her I pissed myself all she had to say is sorry in a sarcastic tone. This Walgreens clearly doesn't care about the customers, I am a paying customer (I didn't walk in just to use their bathroom). If you are getting older and can't hold yourself like when you were younger, don't go here needing to use the bathroom or want good customer service. If they don't want paying customers to use the bathroom they should put up a sign stating No Public Restrooms Available. Then I wouldn't have waited so long for someone who wasn't going to show up. 3 hours for a script electronically sent by the surgeon...two trips...1st one after 2 hours of the send...the other 3 hours after send and STILL not ready. The meds are for my mother. Oh boy, it was too early to have to be subjected to ineptitude. The cashier with red long braids couldnt figure out how to add cash to my cashapp card. I requested 58.00 to be added. I was going to pay the $1 fee with a different card. She did'nt know how to do it. Said it had to be cash....bull.I have done an identical transaction like that beforehand. Anyhow, a nice young gentleman with long black braids wanted to pay and insisted to pay the fee. Bless his beautiful heart! Transaction supposedly done. I'm glad I checked the app balance...57.00. I went back to her, she said let me see your receipt, than wanted to argue the receipt said 58.00. I showed her the app balance. I asked her to give the young man his dollar back. I was in a hurry and reassured him to get his dollar back. I left, I pray she gave it back to him. I detest the ineptitude in the youngsters nowadays, They don't know how to do anyrhing, unless, someone constantly shows them how do something or does it for them. SMH ..SEEMS EVERYWHERE I GO THERE IS INEPTITUDE WITH THE YOUNGER WORKERS ,and an older worker has to come fix everything. I believe, I have the right to say dummy and ignorant! So on Tuesday Evening I visited Walgreens and walked to the register where there was a cashier with the name Jackie on her ID who seen me walk in and walk up to the counter but just continued working, so I stood and watch her continue to work as if I weren't even there, so I cleared my throat and she stated something to the effect she'd seen me but I would have to wait. Whatever happened to customers first? You take care of the person standing in front of you at the counter. So I stood and waited until she seen this caucasian male come walk up behind me in line, and then decided to come to the counter. read more

This store has the worst and most incompetent employees working in the pharmacy. They are rude and don't know how to reverse charges and can't get a delivery right or on time at all. I hope one day they close this store and they're all unemployed. read more

I just sat for over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone in Pharmacy with one caller ahead of me. Several times the phone would ring and then the music would start again. My husband is very ill and needs his first prescription from Walgreens as a TriCare for Life patient. As all Express Script patients have been notified in Lawton that we wouldn't be covered by our regular pharmacy anymore we have to go through Walgreens I was trying to find information as to how we can get our prescription through the pickup window for the first time. He is too ill to go into the store and wait his turn. After being on hold for so long he decided to go to our former pharmacy that we have done business with for over 45 years. We no longer have a co-pay there but at least they are quick and know how to take care of their customers. Walgreens is so understaffed in the store too. I should have known better because I can never find anyone available to help me with anything. The last time I was there I had to walk over the place just to find someone to check me out. This is unfair to the few that work there and even more unfair to the customers that have to shop there. read more

I like Walgreen's because I enjoy looking at random stuff. I have bought many greeting cards at WG's very reasonably priced. Also, they have the infamous "as seen on tv" section. This store is actually open 24 hours a day and for Lawton, a decent business. However, they always seem to be woefully understaffed or just no cashiers! read more

The pharmacy is extremely slow. I normally fill at Reynolds but this was after hours and hubby needed his meds. I was told the prescription would be ready in 25 minutes so I went to Walmart to kill time. I came back 30 minutes later just to be told there were people ahead of me and it would be 15 minutes until it was ready. I don't understand aren't you just throwing pills in a bottle and slapping a label on it. read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Constantly sending notifications that your prescription is ready. When you arrive, they are not ready or unavailable. Two times now I have had my time wasted. No longer doing business with them. Avoid them at all cost . read more

The pharmacy intern is very sweet but one of the women that's a pharmacist is extremely rude. She kept telling me to come back because my prescription wasn't ready. I told her I really needed it because of how sick I was and she shrugged her shoulders and said "well, it'll be ready in 25" , then after those 25 minutes it still wasn't ready. I usually fill on post but this was after hours and I was desperate for my medication. read more
