I was given an upfront price and there were no surprises. The cost was exactly what I had been told. I had to leave a deposit but that was expected. They called me when it was ready and when I picked it up I paid the remainder after the deposit. Then they even carried it to my car for me. They saved all my pictures and documents and music and reinstalled it for no extra price. When I got home everything worked perfectly and I am very happy with the service.
