It's been awhile since I've been to this business so I thought I'd update my review and give it 5 stars this time! I came from Game Stop again who couldn't help me and again sent me to Vintage Stock. I have an XBOX 360 S that I ordered online but I couldn't play any games on it cause it needed a memory hard drive or something to save the games on. I had ordered an external hard drive and a memory chip for a regular XBOX 360 but neither work on the one with the S in the name. I was at a loss of what to do. The clerk there explained to me that the console needed an internal hard drive that it should've came with. He told me that no one sells them anymore in-store, I had to buy them online. Though he did suggest that I check the console again and told me just how to check. When I got home I found the spot to check and sure enough there was a 260 GB internal hard drive that just needed pushed into its slot. I appreciate his knowledge and that he didn't try to sell me another product I didn't need. I also bought some new games while I was there too. read more

3 employees standing at the registers... laughing visiting... it's 45 minutes before closing and the doors are locked. We specifically check the store hours before even heading up there. These 3 employees saw us try to open the door but never bothered to come to the door. Is this the standard that is held at this location? For 3 employees to think its acceptable to close almost an hour early and ignore paying customers as they try to enter? read more

I applaud them for their mask policies, but don't try to sell books, toys, CD's, Blurays etc. Because frankly they will rip you off and give you nothing for their worth. For instance I had an Anointed Sandman, costs 49.99$ in mint condition and they only offered me 3$ for it and I guarantee you they would try to resell it at full price. They only offered me 50 cents for Gaiman's Graveyard books, vol 1 and 2, in mint condition. Seriously? I miss Hastings because at least they were fair and reasonable when you brought in items to sell, Vintage Stock, well, they will not give you a fraction of their actual worth, but resell it for all they can get out of it. Avoid them. Go elsewhere. read more

Great selection of DVD's, games, books of all types and even musical instruments. I love this place and with the way brick and mortar's are struggling right now Im grateful they are still here. They have great sales and their prices are reasonable. read more

The store content is great but the staff is always pretty slow, especially if you're selling items. Employee I dropped my items with forgot them to take her break and when she returned, acted as if I was a new customer having to remind her of my items. Again, love the items but can't stand staff. read more

Would give zero stars. Do not purchase games from this location. I bought four GameCube games took them home opened them up and noticed they were all scratched to hell. Called the store to let them know and they told me that I could bring them back in and pay three dollars to have each disk resurfaced. I explained to them that that would be three dollars extra over the value of each of these games and that makes no sense to pay three dollars more than what the games are worth because they don't check their disks when they purchase them. They told me that they don't resurface the disks when they come in because that would be too expensive for them to do and that we would have to pay for them if we wanted them resurfaced. The store is a scam with shoddy discs do not buy from the Yukon store. I called the Midwest city location and they said to bring in the receipt and the disks and they would resurface them for free that their policy is not to charge three dollars to fix their disks. Yukon Store doesn't care to sell working playable games because it would cost them to much money to repair them, instead they want customers to pay them so they make more money. They should be more picky as to what they purchase instead of buying crap with the intentions of having customers pay for their negligence. It's a shame that this location is one of the largest in the country and they have horrible business ethics. read more

Pretty good, but they don't have the biggest selection of games. Don't know why Christina B. complained about them not taking Xbox gift cards. Like yeah. It's not Xbox. Why would they take Xbox cards? read more

They sell/fake broken games without letting you know they're broken. And even then, returning something to them is such an extensive process. Also, the staff is quite rude. read more
