There was an issue with the receipt printer, and I waited for a long time without any explanation. I even asked her two or three times what was going on, but she ignored me. At least that's what I thought, oh No Academy hit me with a $18.80 finance charge and trying to say I paid after the due date. I told them to look again because I paid it at the beginning of the month. Then they were oh well that's their annual finance charge that they charge you. On what my card is paid off, well I won't be using that card ever again and I'll be going else where to buy all of my guns and ammo, like Atwoods!

Like I said, this amp is my baby. So I called right at two weeks and Jerry politely told me that it wasn't ready yet. I then called at three week. Again he told me it wasn't ready yet. I could tell he was trying his best to take care of a needy customer (me). Before the end of the third week Jerry called and gave me a run down of what all was repaired on my amp.
