I showed you a PSU cable and started to ask and you basically said, you didn't have one. In fact, you didn't even look at the PSU cable I had. You informed me, I needed to order form the manufacture. I knew this, but I figured you might have a PSU cable from 2022 to current year, for the brand of PSU, I have. This was basically the end of the conversation for you didn't say anything. You didn't offer to order one for me or ask if I wanted too. You didn't even say, 'you're welcome', when I left saying, 'Thank you'. Sorry, but you treated me as if I have no idea about computers, which for your information 'sir', I have been building computers since the 90's. The store is a small business in a small city, to which I was trying to give my business too. You completely shut me out and once again, I take my business directly online, OKC or DFW.

My laptop kept crashing and giving me a notice that I didn't have any memory space available. I…read moreknew something was wrong since I didn't have anything saved onto my computer. I called Mr. Luckett who advised it may be a virus and to bring it in. I brought it and he advised me he would call later that day to tell me the diagnostic. Turns out the computer was misconfigured by a previous tech who tried to clean my computer. Mr. Luckett advised me he would do what he could and offered a great price. He called me to get the computer when it was ready and its so much better. He gave me a quick recap of what was done and what do to to prevent it. He is amazing, patient and wonderful. I love that he works out of his home. I highly recommend Build Ur own pc. You will great quality service at an amazing price.

This company sounds good at first on the phone but they never showed up 3 times to install our…read moredoorbell. They didn't even call us they will be late. So, we called couple of times and they don't know where their technician is. Three times they failed to show up, and it's really very aggravating. Very poor service or no service at all, so we cancel the whole thing. The one I'm mentioning here is the Hello Tech company located here in Lawton, OK.

This company does not seem to train their reps. The first one brought a family member with him and…read morethat family member's foot went through our ceiling. He didn't properly cover the holes for hiding the wires for our television mounting so someone had to come back out much later. He also cut the connection to our internet and cable and our internet service provider sent someone to fix it all. However, when the second rep came to properly cover the holes he was unsure of what he was doing due to the service order not being clear (says him) and he somehow disconnected the cable so our cable provider came to fix that. We have still not spoken to anyone about our issues to include the hole in our ceiling. We continue to get emails for service appointments but I will never let anyone from that company come into our home again.
