They came out and started the work, but once they dug, they saw some of the lines were encased in concrete. So they had to come back a couple days later to finish. Charles are Brian are consummate professionals, being as careful as possible with our property - let's face it, the yard is gonna get torn up a little - but most of all, making sure to do the job thoroughly, all while being super nice, even in the pouring rain. They just happened to be the company that installed the original unit in the house also, so that's a plus. Our homes unit is 20 years old and I figured they'd tell us to get a new one, but that isn't the case. It was the exact opposite. The technician informed us that it's running very well.
