Bryan hung up on me not once, but twice. Come to find out I was told that due to the fact the appliances weren't purchased from them they didn't make us a priority. After picking the system we wanted; Jerry, the owner, explained everything they were going to do during the install. They arrived everyday when they said they would. Everyday after they finished they cleaned and it looked like they had not been there. It took 3 days to install everything. We were very satisfied with the work that was accomplished. I wished they did other things besides AC and heating, I would hire them again. One other thing, we live 50 miles from Lawton, when we asked for an estimate they were there the next day. We had the system installed and running 7 working days later.

The company recently called to check in with us and my husband told them we were happy with the installation. The only thing was the gas line that had to be dug had somewhat sunk in and so had a hole. They sent someone out immediately to fill it in. It really wasn't a big deal, but how good was that of them to care enough a month later? Best money I've spent in awhile.

Deceptive and Unethical Service - Beware!…read more I had a terrible experience with Hall Services. I called them to fix my two garage door openers, but the technician, James, claimed that my sensors were broken and couldn't be fixed. He insisted I needed two brand-new openers at $500 each, plus $285 in labor per unit--a total of over $1,500! He also admitted he didn't know what the clicking noise meant and said the opener wasn't showing any error codes. Despite that, he proceeded to unscrew my sensors and told me the entire system had to be replaced. Something didn't feel right, so I got a second opinion from a competitor--and they fixed everything for $245. This company is dishonest and operates without integrity. They tried to upsell me on unnecessary replacements. I strongly warn others to avoid Hall Services if you value honesty and fair pricing.
