She contacted the store immediately for a refund. They said they had brought it in from the wharehouse in OKC so she would have to contact them for the refund. So stupid - if they brought it in from China would she have to contact China?? The store where she bought it is responsible - they are just taking advantage of her. She contacted the wharehouse in OKC and they said since she paid by check she would have to wait up to 14 days to receive a card with her credit on it and that she could only spend it at Lowe's. She was willing to trade out the non-working dryer to get a replacement dryer from Lowe's. Was not offered as an option since they are forcing her to go through the OKC wharehouse. Now she is without a clothes dryer waiting for this to be resolved. What kind of Customer Service is this?? Terrible!! Following the Golden Rule?? Never!! Treating you like a Good Neighbor?? I hope your neighbors are better than this. This is just not how we treat people in Oklahoma!! Shame, Shame, Shame on you!! They've lost me as a future customer. I'll be going to Home Depot!!
