We hired Environmental Pest Control for our rental home. I had a smooth experience with booking an inspection. We live out of state, the inspector called me before leaving the property to go over his findings and suggestions on treatments available. They got us on the schedule for treatments fast and prices were reasonable. We are continuing with quarterly service. read more

Awesome company, goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. They treat our farm house for termites and other pests. It's in a remote area, out of the way, and they always follow-up. Thank you for the excellent service! read more

Environmental Pest Control dies excellent work. We have had two properties that have had a pest problem Damon Claunch, service tech, was so good to explain the whole process, the procedure and materials that would be used, the need for the follow up, and what could be done prior, the day of treatment and following. I knew we had chosen the right person to do the job. Great guy with high standards. Glad to do business. When time matters and nothing but complete removal is acceptable call them. read more

I would not recommend this company. I specifically stated that I wanted clean ingredients. I was told they didn't offer that. I had them spray one time and the bus did not go away, instead more bugs and flies. When I call to cancel, they then offered safe ingredients staying that their sales reps did not know about the safe ingredients. Now, im being charged 280 to cancel the service after being lied to and having more bugs come. read more

Damon did a great service of helping to get rid of our pest. He examined the house completely to ensure the little critters didn't come back. We will continue to use their service for as long as we have our home. read more

The team at Environmental Pest did a great job on my bagworm infestation. They were on time, professional, and eliminated a serious bagworm problem I had on my 30 cedar trees. I'll definitely call them anytime I need pest control. read more

The first time I had them come spray my yard for spiders they showed up 30 minutes late. It did absolutely no good and a couple weeks later I called them again because our yard was still filled with spiders and their webs and they said they'd come re spray Wednesday at 9am. Over an hour later and nobody is here. They never even bothered to call. I called them and they nonchalantly said the guy was busy. read more

We live in the country and Environmental has gotten rid of our spider issue! We literally came back after being stationed overseas, to a house FULL of spiders. They even got rid of our wasp problem. It's been a year, and we've had no issues! Hands down, best pest control company! read more

I have been using this service for about 5 years now and have never had a bad interaction. We have our home sprayed about once every 6 months, but in the past have gone longer than that without seeing any bugs. I chose this service because it is safer to use around pets and children. In reference to the other review I am sorry that you had a bad experience and hopefully in the future they will have better communication with you if you chose to use them again. I must admit that they have been late on occasion, but they have called to let me know that they were running late. I understand that this happens sometimes especially when using a small business. They do not have a fleet of vehicles and employees waiting to run out and be bug busters. If this is what you are looking for then use a national company, but if what you want is a safe alternative to the harsher chemicals that are used by other companies then Environmental is the way to go. If you want to be treated as just another customer then go somewhere else. Thanks again Environmental Pest Control for all your work in keeping the pest away!! read more
