I was told that we would not have to pay for that service. This was explained to the tech (Eddie) then the manager (Adam) called at 6:50 called stating that there is nothing on file prior to the service date of cancellation. My husband told him he would pay the $45.00 but to cancel his whole contract for all service. On 8 Dec someone shows up at the house to spray but we had the tech to leave be we canceled the contract. He saw what looked like a female that avoided the trap. We think she had babies up there. Our soffits got tore up pretty bad from what looked like her getting out & most likely took the babies. Josh replaced the soffit screens with some new heavier ones. They have all be replaced & he came back again to double check the attic again and there is no sign of any raccoons or any other wildlife in our attic.
