Even the manager has been avoiding my calls to schedule an appointment after claiming that he would try to find a different person to treat my home. I was told that we would not have to pay for that service. This was explained to the tech (Eddie) then the manager (Adam) called at 6:50 called stating that there is nothing on file prior to the service date of cancellation. My husband told him he would pay the $45.00 but to cancel his whole contract for all service. On 8 Dec someone shows up at the house to spray but we had the tech to leave be we canceled the contract. I give 1 star for NO communication within the home office.
