Terrible customer service! I was charged for a service I never received and now they are avoiding…read moremy calls. I am fed up with the way I am being treated by this company. The representative they sent to perform the service was rude and disrespectful while in my home and stormed out without even offering to set a new appointment time so the treatment could be done! Even the manager has been avoiding my calls to schedule an appointment after claiming that he would try to find a different person to treat my home. Really not what I expected when I originally talked to the conpany and set up the contract! Now I'm out the money, no treatment was done so the problem is still here, and I am convinced they are the worst choice I could have made when choosing a company to treat my home.
