He will tell you one thing on the phone and a different story to someone else. It will depend completely on whom he is talking to as to what story you will get. Since my Mom passed, Dad hadn't kept up with necessary maintenance and cleaning. Dad also had an old dog that was incontinent and also got another dog who, you guessed it, wasn't fully housebroken. In Dads office and the hallway, I thought that I'd have to replace the carpet, it had the least amount of soil but was looking rough. Stanley Steemer sent two young men out, Mike and Quartney, who were the most professional, kind, and such hard workers! The air ducts were terribly dirty, as were the furniture and floors. THEY BROUGHT THAT CARPET BACK TO LIFE!!!! It was like night and day! Furniture and tile floors, looked amazing by the time they got done! And, the money I saved by not having to get the flooring replaced in the office and hallway, this was an AMAZING and very unexpected outcome!! The living room and dining room floors, were too far gone, and already knew they'd have to be replaced. Mike and Quartney did an AMAZING job! So respectful and helpful, they put my new air filters in after the duct cleaning. Those guys worked so hard, the bedroom carpets looked like new! I was so pleased with the results. It was an amazing value to have Stanley Steemer come! As amazing as they did, the price of the floors, furniture, and air duct cleaning WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!!! I couldn't tell anything was done to the bathrooms. The main room that had a stain wasn't removed all the way which was unfortunate. We did get a military discount. The service man broke one of my large family glass picture frame which we were given a credit for. The other 2 rooms look great and there was no icky dirt or dark stains around the boarders of the room which is great.

Our air conditioner broke down a week ago and we weren't able to get the regular company out until…read moreMonday. It broke down again last night and we called everyone. Most companies weren't open again until Monday morning, some advertised that they are open 24/7, but then either the phone would not be answered or an answering service would answer but no one would call you back. We called Borski and they were extremely responsive and the gentleman was out within 40 minutes, fixed and cleaned our unit, and was on his way. I also asked him to give me a quote for a new A/C unit and he said my unit was very good even though it was aging, and recommended that we not get one until next year at least. He just seemed like a very down to earth, honest person and I would be happy to do business with them again, though we obviously hope we don't have a breakdown again! We were so very grateful that he took time out of his weekend for us on the hottest day of the year thus far.
