Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no. I just feel cheated out $200 and I have to buy a brand new phone (iPhones aren't cheap either). He said it would take about an hour. We went for coffee and some shopping and came back in about an hour and it was completed.
