Then he claimed the shipping address, which I had used numerous times in the past, didn't exist and did not give me the option to add any insurance to the packing which I knew was somehow incorrect as I have shipped many things with Staples in the past. Once my order was finished within the next week, I did not get a cal that my order was complete. I called on the day I was told it would be ready and I was told I would have to call back over the next two days to see if it was done (and that if I didn't pick it up, they'd be out for a week and closed for spring break and I'd have to wait). Once I was able to pick up my order, I noticed they changed the specific and detailed order without contacting me beforehand for approval and they didn't seem to care that I didn't appreciate the change.
