I showed you a PSU cable and started to ask and you basically said, you didn't have one. In fact, you didn't even look at the PSU cable I had. You informed me, I needed to order form the manufacture. I knew this, but I figured you might have a PSU cable from 2022 to current year, for the brand of PSU, I have. This was basically the end of the conversation for you didn't say anything. You didn't offer to order one for me or ask if I wanted too. You didn't even say, 'you're welcome', when I left saying, 'Thank you'. Sorry, but you treated me as if I have no idea about computers, which for your information 'sir', I have been building computers since the 90's. I called Mr. Luckett who advised it may be a virus and to bring it in. I brought it and he advised me he would call later that day to tell me the diagnostic. Turns out the computer was misconfigured by a previous tech who tried to clean my computer. Mr. Luckett advised me he would do what he could and offered a great price. He called me to get the computer when it was ready and its so much better. He gave me a quick recap of what was done and what do to to prevent it. He is amazing, patient and wonderful. I love that he works out of his home. I highly recommend Build Ur own pc. You will great quality service at an amazing price.

There was a dirty blond hair guy working and another guy in the shop, I don't think he was an employee since I've never seen him there before (or after) the event. Well he (the employee) recommended the game I wanted for the PS4, and said they would not have the game I was looking for until the following Friday at the soonest. Well I was willing to wait until then, and the employee proceeded to go back to looking at his computer. The other guy proceeded to help me with picking out another game for my PS4, and called the employee out and told him the he should help me with recommending games. He (the employee) said that they didn't have the game I wanted and there was nothing he could do about it. I left after taking that other guys advice and buying a great game he recommended. The employee did nothing but tell me when they would have the game I originally came in for, and take my money when buying the game that other customer helped me pick. I bought that game I was looking for at the other Gameking. Overall this use to be a nice game store, now its filled with rude employees. Not all are bad, there is one employee that is always helpful and stuff. Just not my place to really shop now unless I can't get to GameStop or the other GameKing. Fire some employees and maybe you'll do better. The only thing keeping me from giving it one star is the one employee I mentioned in the first paragraph, and out of the general fact that this GameKing is still slightly better at some things then GameStops.
