I came in for a battery replacement and when I came back to pick up my phone they gave me a screen replacement also (I did not request that). Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no.
