Required more effort than it should have but things made good Still got my front screen under them so we'll see in the future.
Manager 'A' still hid in the back and couldn't be own up.
Everyone else here pretty cool tho so suck it up to bad timing.
They alright

Came in for an iphone repair, front and back. They did not have a back in stock - only the screen. Offered to pay ahead for the back part- the manager, we will call her 'A' to protect identity - also I know she's better than this - said not to worry, they'll get in a week later. Got my phone the next day.
Legit a good experience. If things could've just worked out.
A few days later, bottom half of my screen stopped working all the sudden. I couldn't access my phone in any capacity. Went by the place immediate after it happened and the employee 'K', smartly, said to come in on Friday to get it fixed with the back of the phone.
Came in Friday and the part was not in.
In addition, I am now asked to *pay ahead of time* to even order it. Manager 'A' who said 'not to worry made no attempt at ownership of the mistake nor getting involved. No waiving the cost like before- had to pay.
Employee was left alone to an angry customer who's been seemingly lied to while the manager 'A' went and hid away.
Told to now wait TWO EXTRA WEEKS because the 'order was put in this morning'.
It's not hard to say "my bad, I got this" - own up and figure out what happened" instead - absolutely did not show empathy, ownership, or even respect as I explained my mom died a few days prior. Not only was I unable to access critical medical applications on my phone for so long, I was unable to assist my own family with the death of my mother- I needed my phone.
A glimmer of light in this- the part did come in. Yesterday (11/1/2022). I was riding around town and thought to stop by. Employee 'K' was like "oh, we got it. no one knew where it was."
Legit laughed.
Mad but I laughed.
Cackled.
You know, sh!t happens ya know?
Didn't have my phone with me and was hoping a discussion with the manager anyway. Was hoping to get this settled and we can laugh about it.
Today 11/2/2022 I dropped my phone off to get it fix. Hoping for some way to make this entire ordeal, I don't know, less emotionally devastating. Didn't expect the manager to remember every detail but I did hope to have a little more empathy and respect. Instead they were completely cold, apathetic to the entire ordeal
The ordeal that could've been avoided if I just paid ahead and waited but instead the manager failed on multiple points.
I did get mad, I cussed- its a horrible habit, and I apologize to the customer that was there. I did not insult the employees because they are all pretty alright people. Legit furious at the horrible experience. I just didnt deserve this.
Was hoping when I picked up my phone during lunch maybe they would've stepped up. Laugh it off to just nerves and bad timing.
They did not. They said some things about my phone that weren't working- legit ignored them - unless its an apology and a fix to this absolutely horrible experience.
Employee 'K' deserves a raise or a better manager.
So many chances and failed on all fronts. Multiple times. read more
