We were and continue to be so impressed with this company, most especially Richie and Fluffy! Richie was able to reset phones and desktop, after many, many hours of hard work. My fiancée has Alzheimer's and had locked himself out of all his devices and Richie patiently, compassionately, worked diligently to help us find solutions. This has been one of the hardest reviews to write because the superlatives are endless! Richie was able to find work-arounds in a very difficult situation. Richie thought it would help restore muscle memory and it has! There's a lot more wonderful accolades to say but if you're looking for affordable, professional and efficient place for all your Apple needs, MacTech is your only stop! They treat everyone who walks through the door like family, showing respect, warmth and care! Better service, you'll not find. Ridiculously nice and friendly people. I wish I got the female worker's name, but she and Richie were both pleasant to speak to. I TOTALLY felt the difference between there versus GeekSquad. They were nice but just way less personable. They also gave me specific diagnostic as opposed to a blanket quote. Can't recommend them enough! read more

These guys are GREAT! We've used them for years. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our Mac issues. As an example, today we had one of our business laptops go down. We made an appointment and brought the machine in. The tech was able to correct the issue in less than 10 minutes. Better than that, NO CHARGE! We love these guys and enthusiastically recommend them for ALL of your Mac issues. read more

Don't bother with this place. I was in there today and they didn't have a simple iPad charger. This punk kept saying unfortunately this and unfortunately that. I finally told him it is not unfortunate for me but for the store because the store is losing money and unfortunately I will never bother going back in there. By the looks of these people I wouldn't trust them with anything I have. Really I think they are on the way out of business. Good riddance. read more

Long story short my estimated 1.5hr Apple recall repair took 2 days, 3 trips, and a long explanation on how they conduct parts ordering and how they are short handed. I did see the inside sales lady help a blind woman select a laptop or maybe a MacBook, which I thought was very helpful. So if you want them to fix Apple warranty or recall work just use the Apple mail in program and save yourself the headache. I do like that they are a local business and hope they work through their labor, scheduling, and ordering pains. read more

Terry helped me on a 3 way call with AppleCare to help get a claim resolved. Every time I have been in the store the entire staff has been nothing but helpful and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for an Apple product to go visit them. read more

I think it's strange that they have such a short amount of hands in their store. We walked into the store with about 5 people in queue ahead of us with only two people working. Then an hour later we called the store only to be sent to voice mail saying they're too busy to answer. Also being closed on Saturdays is a strange business deal. read more

My biggest complaint is the wait time. Just to pick up a phone that's been repaired requires a 20 min wait in line

Lee was very helpful! I dropped my iPad and shattered the screen. They were able to replace it for me and told me about insurance available (which I purchased) that even the sales people at AT&T didn't tell me about. I have also attended mini seminars on the use of my iPhone at MacTech Solutions and was astounded to learn many things I had not been told. I visited an Apple store once in the metroplex and didn't learn a thing. Great job Terry and staff! read more

The employees are extremely helpful. They immediately tell you what the expected fee will be, then offer instructions on things to try to correct simple issues on your own to avoid having to pay them for services. They will even print instructions to send with you. It isn't like they are trying to turn away business. They consider the customer and try to help you avoid paying them when a simple fix might work. I will definitely go there again with any iPad or iPhone issues. read more
