After it flooded a couple years ago here at the second house they were quick to arrive and got us some cool air again so we could finish cleaning. They are the best and they are great on pricing. After picking the system we wanted; Jerry, the owner, explained everything they were going to do during the install. They arrived everyday when they said they would. Everyday after they finished they cleaned and it looked like they had not been there. It took 3 days to install everything. We were very satisfied with the work that was accomplished. I wished they did other things besides AC and heating, I would hire them again. One other thing, we live 50 miles from Lawton, when we asked for an estimate they were there the next day. We had the system installed and running 7 working days later.

The day comes for our service appointment and no one shows up. I called Rains and was told they rejected the work order the same day it came in. When I asked why no one bothered to call us Bryan got upset. I then asked how long until they could get to us and was told a month. Continued to get the run around. Bryan hung up on me not once, but twice. Come to find out I was told that due to the fact the appliances weren't purchased from them they didn't make us a priority. They scheduled to come out as soon as we let them know the house was gutted. The guys did a really good job, wiring everything we needed and then some. I wanted to make sure we had plugs and lights everywhere! They said they'd come back after we dry walled and painted. It took a little longer than we thought for them to get back out as they had a huge warehouse that had to be done, but we didn't mind as we aren't in a rush. During this time, we also had them come to our house to add a few plugs and a new light above the shower. It was finished quickly. Once they had time, they came out and finished in a couple days. Everything is working great and the house is well-lit, with lights and plugs everywhere you would need. We absolutely will call them in the future for all of our needs. These guys did a great job and everyone was as nice as could be.
