I came in for a battery replacement and when I came back to pick up my phone they gave me a screen replacement also (I did not request that). Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no. Also, he had a client when I got there whom he fixed up and then he took me immediately. Now, I'm back home in Norman and my little Samsung is sitting on its charger and it's up to 80% already.
