Months later, when the battery failed a third time--again, through no fault of the shop--Nick went above and beyond. He explained that they had recently stopped using that battery vendor due to quality issues, and because our phone had one of those batteries, he replaced it again at no cost even though the warranty had long expired. I had a problem with my Galaxy S22 dropping network connection on and off intermittently. After some research online I determined it was most likely the lower board that needed replacing. Not wanting to separate the phone myself, I contacted Electrode Repairs. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received here. Nich was polite and confirmed that my research was probably on the right track with what could be causing my problems. He replaced the lower board and had me up and going in around 30 mins. Ok I just want to give a shout out to Nich at Electrode Repairs off of Main Street here in Newcastle. This guy was the hero in more ways than 1!! My kids have been begging me since last October to set up their Nintendo Switch's so they could play games with their friends at school. I am not a tech savy gal! On a recent trip to DC, I was doing some work on my laptop while waiting for a flight. Unfortunately, as I was putting the laptop up it slipped out of my hand and hit the floor. It wasn't until I pulled my laptop out when I got home that I discovered my screen had severe cracks.
