Even with this monstrosity of a phone I brought in they only charged me $60 the first time which was about a year ago, and $90 the most recent time about a month ago. The kind gentleman gave me a great screen protector for $10 and even threw an excellent protective case for free because mine obviously was not getting the job done. Each time he was super fast and had it completed in thirty minutes or less which allowed for the perfect amount of shopping time so not too much money would be spent. My computer was shutting off randomly, so I come to Norman Nerds hoping to get this issue fixed…read more They are expensive but have positive reviews, after working with them, would definitely never recommend as for how I was treated and service. I was first told that it would be done in 1-2 days, it took a week. second, when I actually got my computer back, still randomly shut down so nothing was actually fixed. Lastly, when attempting to come back to pick up the PSU box from them, they wrote inside of it with something completely unnecessary. also for both the computer still being broken, as well as the writing, they tried to blame me for both. I don't mind that I got scammed out of $300, with nothing fixed. I can't believe they try to blame the customer after everything, and take no accountability. Never asked for a refund, yet to excuse the poor service and writing they said it was my attempts at it. ridiculous service. EDIT: Business replied saying things they did, I didn't want an upgrade to windows 11, they did update the BIOS, which is fine. Original request was for PSU to be changed to fix the power randomly cutting off, I provided a PSU specifically for this. Later i called back to also ask them to check my m.2 to see what was corrupted. I will admit the one positive experience I had with this business was how quickly they responded to messages and calls. They said stress tested games I said were previously crashing, I didn't specify any , I said "basically all steam games", and the only one they tested according to what they told me was Rocket League. They say I'm trying to get free services, no, if I was trying to get free services I wouldn't have even paid, I wouldn't have given them my card, what i'm trying to do is get my computer working. As stated in my original message, and I can also provide text messages with this business I had, I don't mind that I was scammed out of $300, that's my own fault, but to try to blame everything on the customer is where I believe it is unacceptable, especially with how respectful I was toward your business.

Just got a brand new Pixel 3 XL on black Friday. In less than a month the phone was dropped and the screen was damaged. I was sick to my stomach as I didn't opt for the insurance. I know my mistake but I have bought insurance on other phones in the past and never needed it. Anyway, the drop happened on Christmas Eve and I immediately started looking around for places that repair phones. I am a huge advocate of reviews and I landed on Landon who runs Xpress Cellular Repair. This guy was literally closing the doors for the day but took the time to talk with me. He stayed late to order the parts to repair my phone. The day after Christmas Landon called me and said the part was in. I couldn't believe it. I took my phone up to him and to my surprise it wasn't the actual glass of the Pixel 3 that was damaged just the tempered glass screen protector. So that immediately saved me $$$$$. I was so happy about that and Landon said he was happy for me! He replaced my tempered glass protector at a fraction of what you would pay at a corporate retailer. Landon also gave me a sweet deal on a product called Cellhelmet. A liquid product that fills in the porous glass of the phone. Check the product out here at www.cellhelmet.com it's pretty amazing! Xpress Cellular Repair may not be the cheapest but what extra you pay is outweighed by the quality of workmanship and service! That's hard to find! These guys literally saved my job! I'm a pizza man, so a working phone is indispensable for my work. I took it another, chain store in Norman, and they were a-holes, said it was gonna be $80 and would be ready sometime tomorrow. So, I took it to Express, and the guy used a can of air to clean out te port, and now it works perfectly! I tried to give him $5 they give him for the diagnostic fee, and he wouldn't accept it. Just got back from having my phone antenna wiring fixed. The problem arose when Cell Phone Repair (CPR, on 24th Ave. by Target/Petco/Crest) was replacing my screen on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. Their tech had already left for the day by 2pm and so I went to Xpress Cellular Repair and he not only knew the problem before he opened up my phone, but he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. No charge - I think he almost felt guilty that a competitor had done such poor quality work and not respected its customers. In short: Will return for future problems. Highly recommend. read more

Got an iPhone X battery replacement. Fastest turnaround of any battery replacement I've had. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Word to the wise: if you're worried about getting your battery replaced from an unauthorized Apple retailer, as long as you have an iPhone X or lower, there won't be a message saying it's not a genuine Apple battery. Battery messages only appear on iPhone 11 and up. read more

Immediately after restarting my phone i get a notification that the new screen is not a genuine apple part or is installed incorrectly (likely both are true). I call to ask if they would mind trying a different screen and i am accused of dropping my phone in broken english.
