Thinking my CPU was done due to my own screw up, I figured I'd reach out to Jake as a last minute save. Not only did he manage to fix the CPU, he figured out the issue with my heatsink, ordered new thermal paste, applied it, and mounted everything with no issue. Literally saved me $400 or so. He was very supportive and informative during the process and communicated fantastically.
