Today the Samsung Smart TV blew up and in order to even get an appt I had to pay $107 and sit with no TV for 6 days!!! They're is bo longer a concierge line for Total Tech members and the people who handle customer service are barely understandable with their accents. They make sure you cannot escalate your frustration to anyone beyond a young Store Supervisor. They backed up my computer and installed a new Hard Drive with a terabyte of storage. They completed the work and called me. I was able to pickup my laptop in under 24 hours. Wayne and Matt were so helpful and friendly, and best of all gave me expert service!! They have been in business in Edmond for 30 years. My wife got cussed out by an employee in the print department over the phone. We escalated to the…read moremanager and he told me that he didn't hear it, we don't know who did it, and the print department said it didn't happen. I'm leaving a review to warn others of this place disrespecting customers without taking accountability. I understand hearsay is a tough thing to cut through as a manager, but they have someone in the print department that doesn't need to work in customer service and there is nothing being done. So here it is. Wife ordered from the print department for something with work and called asking a if it was there as it has not been there before when she ordered it a month back. When she called, they needed to put her on hold, once the hold stopped they said "print department". So my wife started asking if her print was there, and around 5 words in, the hold music starts again. She sat on hold a little longer before she had to hang up while getting ready for work. She called back right before leaving the house and the same man answered and immediately said "don't act like I can't hear you talking fucking shit" and immediately hung up. She didn't talk shit, she told me what has happened in an annoyed tone while she was unexpectedly thrown into hold in the middle of her talking. That's when I called and spoke with the manager. He was defensive but apologized saying that the internet was acting funny but saying he would address it. My wife went to pick up her order which was there this time. She talked to the manager to address the treatment over the phone. He said I spoke to your husband over the phone and took what his employees said as the truth as at this point, there was no name given over the phone so it's just his word against ours. Therefore this review is necessary. I hope y'all learn to control your emotions before speaking to a young woman that way. Extremely disrespectful, especially from well grown men. But for customers, this happened today. So hopefully they either control their behavior or move into a different role because you can't talk to people that way. Especially as a business

My touch screen laptop had began to act as if there were a virus and we weren't sure why or how…read morethis had come about so we quickly called and were told that there was a small fee to diagnose the laptop and that additional fees could accrue should parts be needed. I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!
